Today I was very kind to the young woman who took my order and I was met with attitude for no reason. She honestly made me feel bad just for ordering a sandwich and I didn’t do anything wrong. I know firsthand customer service sucks but there’s no reason to be rude to people who don’t deserve it.

They had a new worker there when I went in today. They had a a sandwich being made at the same time my sub and sons sub was being made. They almost gave us the sub that wad being made. I will not go to the subway in Virginia mn. I will keep go to the subway that is located in biwabik mn.

I just had the worst customer service experience at the Subway in downtown Virginia. The employee yelled at and swore at me and my family for parking in the Subway parking lot. ?♀️ It was 11:55 on a Saturday morning and we were the only customers in the parking lot or in the store. A moment later the same employee was behind the counter barking at me about my online order. She was disgusting and extremely rude. We won't be back.

The emo boy employee seemed very unhappy and frustrated to have to be at work instead of home in his mom's basement listening to sad music. The other employee appeared to be high. And the man ordering in front of my husband had clearly never been to a Subway before and rattled off all the sandwiches he wanted with everything on each one all at once!Update-This subway does not accept online coupons when you use the app and when you send an email to complain you get a fake apology back and nothing else. Awful customer service! Remember 5 dollar footlongs? Now it's over $30 for 2 sandwiches without any added extras. $30+ for 2 subs tossed together with subpar meat and veggies that are never very fresh. Let that sink in. That's insane.? We bought our own ingredients at the grocery store- not only way cheaper but way better tasting and presentation, and no bad attitude from the subway "artists".

would not let my husband who takes medication for heart failure use the restroom. made such an issue over whether or not we were dining in. I had a hard time making them understand that I was trying to order sandwiches.. sandwich is also the blahs sub that I had ever bought at Subway and I had ordered a footlong spicy Italian.
