This place looks so warm and inviting! This was my wife's and I first time eating here. It was so nice and welcoming, we just had ti try it out. The first thing that caught our was the wonderful fall decorations. You almost forget how fast time is flying by this year but the change in season waits for no one. That reminded me that I should get a fall drink. Thanks to the wonderful service we received they suggested that I get a pumpkin Chai Latte' which turned out delicious along with their other recommendation of getting the stuffed Hash Browns for breakfast. Their is a variety of them, so I went with the Southern Border. I was really impressed with how tasty, hot, and fresh everything was. My wife, Cassie and I both agreed that we will have to come back and try their other menu items. The service was wonderful, the ladies were happy to help and were able to answer a few questions pertaining to the food and menu. Can't wait to come back. Stopped there to give it a try. We ordered two soft serve cones, they came out very soft but tasted good. Pricing was very expensive at 4.50 for a small soft serve cone. Other options in town.

A lot of choices in ice cream flavors and a single scoop is huge. A little spendy but not overly priced plus they have a great variety of food options too. Good hours, friendly staff definitely will go back!

I'm all about finding new yummy ice cream places when we travel and Sugar Shack did not disappoint! The ice cream was delicious and the lemonade is fresh squeezed and comes in a huge cup! We'll definitely be back!

A lovely little road side ice cream stand along the highway from Duluth into international falls or the Boundary Waters. I'm not sure who makes their flavors, definitely not done in house, but they've got a solid variety, plus some savory options. Best ice cream I've ever had? No. But one of your best options in this part of the state. Definitely a good alternative to DQ!

It’s ice cream, so hard to not like it for me. I got a s’mores malt and it was good. Didn’t taste like it was filled with artificial flavor so that was nice. This is not an indoor eat place. You order at the window outside. There are picnic tables outside to eat at. Overall not bad stop on a hot day!

Another win for Iron Range. So nice to have another GOOD ice cream shop close to home. My husband and I both had the shakes/malts and they are SO good. Real Ice cream, real milk and real fruit bits! Friendly staff and super fast service. If they are a bit slow give them a break guys they just opened for the season. These kids are doing their best they shouldnt need to apologize for you waiting 5 mins for your ice cream. Give them a smile and a "Good job". GREAT job Erin!
