The burger reminded me of a gas station burger. The fries were greasy and had a strange texture. The staff was nice but I would never eat an actual meal at DQ again.

Absolutely disgusting atmosphere, no clean surfaces anywhere, the workers seem like they hate everyone who comes in there. Sitting here waiting for my food and the workers are bad mouthing us under their breath

I never leave bad reviews but I have never dealt with such rude employees. When the employee came to the register to take my order he did not greet me at all and then was snippy and short with me when I was ordering too fast for him. I could hear him complaining under his breath while making my order. On the way back I realized there was a missing item so I went back. When I talked to the same employee in the drive through all he said was “come up” he did not say a word to me when giving me my forgotten item. A simple sorry would have been fine. I understand mistakes happen but this employee did not seem to care and made me feel disrespected.

I went in to the restaurant about 3:30 this afternoon to pickup a cake I ordered. The cake looked beautiful except instead of saying “happy birthday Chass” the cake said “happy birthday Chase” and the way it was put on like edible picture it couldn’t be scraped off and redone. The young lady working Nadia could sense my frustration and how badly I didn’t want to bring home to my wife a cake with the wrong name. Nadia let me pick a different cake from the freezer and wrote on it for me! Thank you Nadia for your great service and helping me and my wife be able to celebrate her birthday!

The place is dirty as hell, never can find a clean table or chair. Everything is sticky. Smells weird. No napkins or ketchup available in dining area for consumers you have to ask for packets which I thought was off. Food ok.

The Manager was awesome along with everyone working there. Have gone there 3x late within 45 min of closing & they all have been more than obliging & got us our food with great attitudes !!! GREATLY APPRECIATED!!!!

Yall got some RUDE staff. at the speaker alone, any question we asked got responded to with attitude. i got handed my icecream with no communication, then we when asked which was which the dude was angry and slammed the window before he was even done talking. walked away shaking his head. all of our ice cream looked like it had been sitting. would NOT recommend this dairy queen, at least in the evenings🤷♀️
