Yall got some RUDE staff. at the speaker alone, any question we asked got responded to with attitude. i got handed my icecream with no communication, then we when asked which was which the dude was angry and slammed the window before he was even done talking. walked away shaking his head. all of our ice cream looked like it had been sitting. would NOT recommend this dairy queen, at least in the evenings🤷♀️

Food was presented like it is on the advertising, which was unbelievable to us. Very quick, efficient, and our food was very hot (never usually see that from fast food). I don't normally write reviews but I also don't normally get fast food and not regret how much I spent.

I ordered the Parmesan Chicken strip basket and the fries and chicken were hot and good but toast was to hard so threw it away. My main issue was with my Large Mocha Moolatte and the employees. I got my Moolatte and took a sip and it was Vanilla. I hate Vanilla! I know I'm wierd. I handed it back to the kid at the window and told him I ordered a Mocha Moolatte and he took my cup and closed the window before I could say anything else. Came back with basically the same thing except they added a ton of coffee to my Moolatte. Kid handed it to me and shut the window. He did not say one word throughout the whole transaction. I want to say that I come to this Dairy Queen specifically because the people are amazing and friendly, usually and the food is always hot and fresh but I think I'll skip them for awhile since it seems the staff doesn't know what they are doing or how to speak.

I like the Dairy Queen in Wabasha. My little dog loves the free pup cup. It's a small cup of vanilla ice cream. Sometimes they add a little bacon ? to the top. She knows the second we pull up to the drive thru. Makes me happy to see her so happy.

This is the ideal dining establishment, make sure to bring your family when Josh and Dave are working. THEY LOVE WHEN YOU COME 30 MINUTES BEFORE CLOSING, THEY OFTEN TIMES GIVE OUT FREE ICE CREAM :)

Ordered 3 items and didn’t even get one of them right. Called to ask what was going on and got told to never come back! Then I called back because I had paid close to $20 for them and all the owner did was laugh and call me a lier. Shouldn’t put coupons in the local paper if your not going to except them.
