It was a great little Irish pub in downtown Wabasha. The Shepard pie and stew were great. The wife loved the Irish coffee. The barkeep was quick and happy. Would definitely go again.
I was disappointed. My wife and I ate there on Valentines day which is also her birthday. The server had no greeting like "what brings you out today" or mention of "Happy Birthday" and no decorations for valentines day. My wife asked what they had for mixed drinks or if they have a menu of drinks and the reply was they had beer. I did not rate the food but my wife from an Irish background knows Irish food and the cheap knockoff bar food they serve is not it....
I visited this restaurant last Wednesday and had a great experience. The broiled walleye special was the best meal I've had in a long time. Service was perfect and a cozy atmosphere. I highly recommend it!
