First time actually sitting down here and having something from their small hot breakfast menu and it was SO good. We ordered the Biscuits and Gravy and a Bacon, Egg & Cheese sandwich, coffee, and a few treats to go. The service from the super friendly staff was great, and the food was top notch. The Biscuits and Gravy were some of the best I can remember. This is a nice, comfy place to grab a coffee and a pastry but don't sleep on the hot menu. Highly recommend.

Best breakfast sandwich in town, no question. Great donut variety. The cup cakes are delicious. Great place to enjoy the wonderful food.
Going against the grain of other reviewers to say I was unimpressed with BOM. Let’s start with a bit of context…I’m from Minneapolis where we are spoiled with innovative, excellent bakeries. Black Walnut, Glam Doll, Bogart’s, Patisserie 46. BOM had no caramel or cinnamon rolls in their display, just a huge swath of rambunctiously decorated donuts, some scones, humungous cookies (which were admittedly amazing) and a couple hodgepodge turnovers. My partner was not a fan of his Apple turnover. A bakery with so few options. Oh, and lots of cupcakes in the fridge. When I saw the lack of signage for pastries and coffee, stools stacked up in the corner, paint rubbed off of the women’s bathroom door, and the filthiest entryway lighting this side of Lake Waconia, I kept things short and sweet, literally. Small coffee (no espresso bevs here, too fancy maybe???) and a glazed donut that was the same as 50 others. They could do incredible things with this place if they hired a bit of design help, bought an espresso machine, made the front windows beautiful, and curated their menu. Don’t y’all head to the metro for inspiration on how to elevate your bakery? So despite living out here now, we both decided that a 40 min journey into Southwest Minneapolis was well worth it to get delicious, creative pastries in well considered spaces. BOM was no better than a coffee and doughnut from Kwik Trip.

We ordered Sesame Street cupcakes for our son's birthday, and they turned out amazing! We had chocolate, vanilla, and Oreo flavors. Bakery was great to communicate with and the cupcakes tasted delicious.

We love this place! Everyone is wonderful, and every time we’ve had a special request they’ve followed through and surpassed our expectation!

Disappointing. Went out of my way hoping to find a hidden treasure in this cute lakeside town. Donuts were super fresh and fluffy, no complaints there. I didn't buy or taste the elaborately and artfully decorated cupcakes, which looked to be the most masterful items in the shop. I judge bakeries on their croissants and Bakery on Main fell down badly...the croissants were hollow, the exteriors weren't at all crisp, they tasted like they'd been thawed out of the freezer and made earlier. Not just bad but the worst I've had in the area. They had a good clientele coming in and out and whoever their cake decorator is should be commended. Good enough for a local donut and coffee but don't go out of your way for anything more complicated.
The breakfast sandwich was amazing. Definitely going to come back regularly.

Solid place to get bakery items. They have a hot menu also, check it out! Our favorite is the breakfast bowl. We have been there many times, we have enjoyed it each time - so will you.Kid-friendliness: The kids will enjoy the bakery item choices!

Great spot in Waconia for some sweet treats & breakfast. Just wish their breakfast hours lasted longer!
