This place is honestly so dirty, bathrooms full of dirt, dirt all over the floor, tables never clean, and the service isn’t even that great. It takes so long for you to get serviced, and eating here is borderline gross, it is not clean, there is stuff all over the walls, and dust everywhere.

Appreciate the staff for their hardwork.Fries are a bit soggy but I don't complain for their efforts. Tenders are good.Blizzards are asusual 5/5.

We had a fun visit to Dairy Queen with my nieces. Such a fun activity. The only bad thing was the AC was on full blast and set to really cold so we ended up moving outside to finish our ice cream

We got our meal brought them home. The french fries were so salty. We couldn’t eat them. The country gravy that was with our chicken strips was all watered down like they ran out and tried to stretch it as far as they could. The chicken itself was good except for when you got to the bigger part of the meat it was all grizzly and our to chew through. They never gave us straws for our drink. It was highly disappointing. We are done with Dairy Queen in Waconia.

I would not recommend eating at this location. The floor is terribly dirty and greasy to where you need to be careful when walking so you don't slip. Dangerous to employees and customers. One of the kitchen staff was wearing a very unclean apron with stains of several days wear. The bathroom sink has not been cleaned in a very long time, if at all. The business needs to close for a week for cleaning or the Health Board should be notified for the health of their customers. Too bad for Waconia.
