Seems that nothing has changed in a decade, horrendous and rude management, another customer lost
horrific customer service
The delivery person lied about ringing the doorbell and all the manager said was “she did ring the bell, maybe be somewhere in the house that you can hear it”. It’s a doorbell, we can hear it everywhere in the house and our dogs never even barked, because she did not ring the bell. But that’s fine, I’ll write negative reviews every chance I get and tell everyone to go to the Garage for pizza, it’s way better anyway. “If it’s not right we fix it” is absolute BS....read full review
