Ordered cinnamon twists & lava cakes. Quoted 24-34 min. 1 hour later and it’s still in “Quality check”. Been that way for 45 min. Don’t understand how hard it is. Very disappointed & want my money back.

In the past, they had trouble with getting your order ready in a timely fashion… The last four times I have ordered from there my pizza is ready by the time I get there to pick it up. Great service.fast service. great pizza.

When you're in a pinch this is really the only pizza place in Waconia that's open late. So I'm very thankful for that as I work overnights in sleep medicine.

Knight time head closer was awesome. Place my order and she was able to accommodate my special request right away and was very friendly. She had a couple of drivers who were waiting to pick up food to deliver. All in all, I was very impressed.

I did not want to leave a negative review but this has gotten ridiculous. I’ve gotten food poisoning all three times ordering from this place. The first two times I thought were flukes, third time I know it was from the dominos. Please for the love god, change your food health safety protocols. I must say though the delivery driver is amazing.

This store can't deliver on time. The last several times I've ordered, I've waited over an hour and a half for an order that was given a 15-20 min time frame. Then it gets marked as completed or delivered well before it actually is. Pathetic service.

Placed order was quoted 50-60 minutes. Order was in “prep” for 40 minutes. Called to see if my order was almost done and was told another 30-45 minutes but couldn’t gaurentee it would be done by then either. The manger did absolutely nothing to resolve other than he could cancel my order.

I have tried ordering from this location a total of three times in a year. It takes over an hour EVERY time to get a pizza. When I called, I was told it’s out the door in 30 seconds. It wasn’t. I called back. He said it’s the next out the door. That was 15 minutes ago. We need a decent pizza delivery company because this one isn’t it. It’s terrible.

Submitting on my kids account...was visiting my kids college and places a small order (under $55). Submitted as pay at the store and the web app said order submitted. Went back into the app and found out that the payment option was denied due to size (usually able to pay at store up to $100) so I had to replace my order with a different payment option...app said order was placed and was being prepped and should be done in 11 minutes or so. Arrived at store 15 minutes later and my food still hasn't been started due to a large order that had been placed. After sitting in the store for over 20 minutes my order was number two in line. After another 10-15 minutes I was down to three in line. When I got to the counter to find out what happened I was down to number four and they could not explain why. Cancelled my order and skipped out on dinner with my college students due to the terrible service. Will not be coming back to this location again by choice. I understand that large orders come in, but to allow an 85 pizza order for a business with requiring early ordering is unacceptable business practice in my opinion. By the time we left there were at least 15 parties in the store and they were all waiting for who knows how long. Really a sad situation. Tried to leave a message and rating in the app and was unable to do so so I had to switch to this method. Cory
