Waconia location had really gone down hill, we've switched to Chaska. We do pick-up orders as no location will deliver to our home, sometimes we have it delivered to the post office (we live 1.5 miles from there, but they won't cross 212, yet would deliver to our old Chaska address on Co. Rd. 10, out in the country, so now just meet them in the parking lot at post office if we do delivery, which is rare. Our orders are inaccurate on numerous occasions & sometimes...

In the past, they had trouble with getting your order ready in a timely fashion… The last four times I have ordered from there my pizza is ready by the time I get there to pick it up. Great service.fast service. great pizza.

Knight time head closer was awesome. Place my order and she was able to accommodate my special request right away and was very friendly. She had a couple of drivers who were waiting to pick up food to deliver. All in all, I was very impressed.
