We were welcomed warmly and enthusiastically for our tour and tasting. Joe was an amazing tour guide and also assisted in the tasting room as we made our selections. our server Anne was so welcoming and helpful as well throughout our time (we stayed after the tasting and tour for more spirits!) Gina also stopped by our table and shared even more fun and really cool info. All the rooms (where the distilling, etc takes place) we toured were spotless, and that barrel room smelled like heaven! 😀🍸🏴☠️. We have gone on several Vineyard and Distillery Tours and I can honestly say I've never learned more great information than I did from Joe, Gina and Anne at J Carver. We will be back...often!!

We were given great advice. The cocktails were awesome. Wish we lived closer to support this business. Gina offered to share some simple syrup recipes that I asked about. VERY happy with J. Carver's spirits! I only recently found out about J. Carver Distillery when I was recently invited to their 10 year anniversary by some friends, but I've since bought 4 bottles from them and have enjoyed all of them.
I'm especially impressed by their Runestone Rye and their premium vodka - I don't normally drink vodka, especially not without mixing it, but J. Carver's vodka tastes great neat!

I took my Dad, Mom and Wife here the day before fathers day and had a tour as well as a few drinks I had been here for a bachelor party earlier in the year and though it'd be a fun thing to do with my family. It was very cool to have another tour as well as another tasting where I tried a whole new set of shots the vodka is really really good. Nick was our tour guide (he's the best and totally didn't pay us in jokes to say this) he was very informative and fun to listen to thanks I will be coming back again I'm sure to show more people how delicious everything is!
