Great visit, tour and tastings! We were lucky enough to have Gina, one of the founding partners, on our tour. Her passion shines through on what they have created at J Carver. Highly recommend a stop!
We were welcomed warmly and enthusiastically for our tour and tasting. Joe was an amazing tour guide and also assisted in the tasting room as we made our selections. our server Anne was so welcoming and helpful as well throughout our time (we stayed after the tasting and tour for more spirits!) Gina also stopped by our table and shared even more fun and really cool info. All the rooms (where the distilling, etc takes place) we toured were spotless, and that barrel room smelled...
We found this distillery from our MN distillery passport. We had a fantastic impromptu tour with Joe. He loves bourbon and sharing his knowledge with others. Our tasting was amazing. We were given great advice. The cocktails were awesome. Wish we lived closer to support this business. Gina offered to share some simple syrup recipes that I asked about. What a delightful distillery to visit. Thank you for the amazing service and hospitality.
