My husband and I love stopping in at Jersey Mike's when we can to get a sandwich. The staff there are really incredible. They are friendly, attentive, and love to have fun conversations with customers. Honestly, while the sandwiches are good and what got us in the door initially, it's the employees that we are really excited about when we stop in.

I stopped to grab lunch for my family on my way home on 10/27/24. There were approx 6 employees working and they were ALL incredibly welcoming, positive, and friendly. They worked together casually integrating our food allergy and their equipment safety into their teamwork while maintaining a conversation with me (that they initiated!). Very impressed by the food and service - bravo Waconia Jersey Mikes team!

We rarely eat fast food or subs but we needed to grab something quick as tge place we were headed didn't have food. We ordered a hot chicken Philly sub. It seemed to take a long while I think we had to wait 10-15 minutes to get our sandwich. It was so good. I mean really, really good. I can't imagine going to a different sub shop because this one was hot and gooey with cheese it tasted like it came from a sit down restaurant.
