Came in 10 mins before closing and let me tell you Nick & Sam was sooo pleasant and friendly! I felt bad for coming in so late but they were so nice and welcoming. Made my sandwich and sent me on my way! Sandwich was delicious too!

I managed a sandwich shop for 21 yrs so I have a tendency to be critical on other stores however this location never has let me down.I always get a very warm "Welcome in tonight, how are you? What can I get started for you? " all while a very friendly banter that never seems forced and communication between fellow employees with great team work.I believe the manager is a female and all of the employees seem to be young men and I praise the respect they give her.The store is also very organized and clean so with an all over opinion I would definitely recommend this store to all my family and friends.Thank you Waconia Team.Kid-friendliness: Team is always very friendly with great communication.

My Famous Mike's Philly Cheesesteak # 17 was prepared by Sean (the Gordon Ramsay of Cheesesteaks). This Waconia location is the best Jersey Mike's location in the United States! They have Sunchips and Pepsi products. Also gluten free offerings. Wow! Delicious! I detoured out of my way on a business trip to dine at the Waconia Jersey Mike's location. Peace to all!

They gave me the wrong sandwich even after tipping 20% and i only realized this after a 15 minute drive home. Then they tried to act like it was my fault for their screw up. It looks like they recently restaffed as I've gone to the location for months and never had them mess up this bad. Wont be coming back soon.
