The drive through service USED to be great when the guy with all the tattoos worked it. Not sure if he is gone or not but whenever I go, it’s someone new who doesn’t know what they are doing. Went on Wednesday, there were 3 cars in front of me, was told “it’s going to be a 20-30min wait” Tried again Thursday, same thing. 2 days in a row is odd. Also, lately they have been LACKING on ingredients. Hope you are craving bread when you go to this location now, because that’s all you get. A bread sandwich with mayo and a slice of cheese and slice of meat.

Twice I’ve ordered sandwiches with hot peppers and I maybe get one or two on the sandwich. I always ask for double the amount of peppers. Probably not my favorite place to go.

The manger of this location is very rude and unprofessional! Worst customer service! We have used them for larger orders (30 plain sandwiches) for our swim team and each time she complains that is it’s too much and they don’t know if they can make that many, unless I place the order 24hrs ahead of time. I have always placed the orders 5hrs or more ahead of time and that is clearly too much for her. Thankfully Jerseys Mikes was very kind and glady took care of our order with no complaints!!

The reason I didn’t give 5 stars for everything (I am a big Jimmy John’s fan), is because the sandwich was quickly slapped together, the bread was a bit stale (I had forgotten to order my usual whole wheat bread), and the atmosphere was a bit unpleasant due to loud “music” playing. That’s a subjective thing, but it made me want to not stick around and have a leisurely lunch. In general I really love Jimmy John’s. I
Vegetarian options: I am a vegetarian so I always have the number 6: cheese and all of the toppings. There may be other options, such as a vegetarian wrap, but I always order the same sandwich.
Parking: There was ample parking in front of the store.

The food is really good, really fire, but the staff is questionable. I have a friend who goes there on occasion, and theres two recent occasions where she went to the drive-thru and this guy who is clearly way older, and she is a minor, and he is not. very clearly checking her out, and made her visible very uncomfortable, but he kept looking at her. So the service is not very good but I would recommend the food!
Wheelchair accessibility: I dont know but it has one! (i think)

My family pulled up to the drive-thru to order and we were told it would be at least a 25 minute wait. There were two cars in the parking lot and one car in the drive-thru. Totally unacceptable and I won't be back.
