Placed delivery order online. Over an hour goes by and food still not delivered. Called store and they said we don't have any drivers here but maybe someone can bring it to you in an hour. I would expect them to disclose this when order was placed or not accept delivery orders if they don't have drivers on staff. Ill be going to jersey mikes from now on instead.

I think they used the day old bread on accident. Kind of disappointing introduction to toasted sandwiches at Jimmy John's. Also, the non-toasted version was rock hard bread.

Guy that took my order asked for more $$$ saying that I didn’t give him enough wich i did well I was gonna let that go just gave hom more what he asked for but I ordered 16”sub and he gave me 8” sub than arguing with me that I have asked for 6” sub. Even that I have payed for 16” sub. I guess some people just have no skills to work with people and taking orders…..

I called to let them know they forgot 1 of my 5 sandwiches I ordered. I spent 67 dollars here and the assistant manager yelled at me and berated me. I'll never go to this jimmy johns ever again.
