Haven’t been here in about 2 years because of past experiences that were not very good. Decided to give them another try. Guess what? They remodeled and took away the drink station and ketchup dispensers etc. if you want anything extra you have to go to the counter and wait to get napkins, salt or ketchup or anything. Really a dumb redo. Won’t be coming back.

Dear McDonald’s

I have been a loyal customer at this location for over three years and have always enjoyed my visits. However, I wanted to share my disappointment with the customer service I received today from two employees — one with a long ponytail and purple hair, and the manager on duty.

Unfortunately, their attitude felt unwelcoming. Despite my polite and friendly approach, there was no smile, no “thank you,” and no acknowledgment. Having worked in customer service for 18 years, I understand the importance of maintaining professionalism and kindness, regardless of personal feelings.

If team members are feeling stressed or unhappy in their roles, I believe it’s important for them to receive the support or training needed to create a positive experience for all customers. It’s disheartening to be met with dismissive looks or unkind body language when approaching staff in a friendly manner.

No napkins, ketchup, drink fountain, pepper, salt, any or the normal things you see at a McD’s. Have to wait for the one person running all the food to the tables during a lunch rush to appear and bring you anything. Who thought this was a good idea?

They always have you pull around now. Then you wait 10-20 minutes for your food to come out. It's ridiculous. This is supposed to be fast food and its definitely not.

I went to the drive through yesterday. I come there often. I didn’t check my sack and I was shorted 2 of the strawberry pies. I didn’t go back ye as I am sick with pneumonia. I always pay credit card and I always round up for donations.

Updated rating: I really hate that the soda fountain is gone as well as all the other self-serve stuff, including napkins. I recognize that this is a corporate approach, but i hate it, and it makes me not want to go here anymore.

I dont know what happened to the mcdonald's of waconia anymore, my fries are cold, halfway filled and all these new hires dont check if anything is right. I used to work there and i know it is not that hard. Genuinely do better.

Ordered and paid through the app. Upon pick up, was told my code wasn't valid and asked to pay for order. Even with a valid code and screenshot which showed that my order was paid for.....

Customer service in America is gone to pot. Why would you say that you’re serving breakfast till 1030 when you walk into your establishment 1020 and the only thing you have available for breakfast is two biscuits. You’re no longer serving breakfast. Just say that we are stop having breakfast at 10 make a 10. This McDonald’s is forever off my list. I will never give you one more penny of my money. And I’ll definitely let anyone else know not to give you a penny of their money. You may think because you’re this big corporation where the mouth is not going to affect you. But at least I will have the satisfaction, knowing that less people are going to your establishment.

Tech Hoarder

Poor remodel, no drink dispenser, no ketchup dispenser, or napkins, Fries were cold, employee started mopping right in front of my table splashing mopped water on me. Go somewhere else. Place was empty and now we know why.
