Haven’t been here in about 2 years because of past experiences that were not very good. Decided to give them another try. Guess what? They remodeled and took away the drink station and ketchup dispensers etc. if you want anything extra you have to go to the counter and wait to get napkins, salt or ketchup or anything. Really a dumb redo. Won’t be coming back.

I roll through here for a large diet coke with lite ice, and a large black coffee before heading out on road and they never make fun of me for it!

Thanks so much to the staff at Waconia McDonalds - especially the female manager that was on tonight. I had ordered through the mobile app to pick up after my kids swimming lessons (our tradition each week) and the app crashed after the order went through. I had an email receipt and the staff were able to work with that - thankfully. Thanks so much for great customer service and helping a tired Mom out. ?
