I have been here sometime ago and we had a good experience. I cannot say the same for today. It was a bit of a wait to be seated which was ok I understand that. It took over 5 minutes to ask what we wanted to drink. It was not too busy. They brought kids drink in a glass glass which is very hard for a 2 year-old to drink out of. After 20 minutes, I finally went up to counter to ask if they had kids plastic with lids. Lady behind was very rude in saying yes to me and said what do you want in a snotty tone of voice. I replied they have chocolate milk at table just wanted a kids cup and we are definitely ready to order. They had not yet after 20 minutes asked for our order. The order for some of our group was wrong and missing, but the way we were treated with such an attitude we were not going to ask for it to be fixed. It wasn't worth our trouble. They never checked on us once after receiving food. I had cup of coffee for my drink order, but never was filled again, so I ate meal without a drink. I said excuse me a few times, but just walked on by (the manager, I am guessing who it was,) and our waiter. Finally, before leaving I did get attention and was able to take a few sips of good coffee, but had to be somewhere else so was a bummer. We asked for check to be split between 3 parties. I told lady doing the till my order and she rang it up. I said you missed charging me coffee. Well redoing it is really going to mess things up she said extremely rude like. After that reply and being treated poorly we said just forget it we will split it 2 ways. Waiter I believe was a new trainee and she even was rude to him in explaining how to do a transaction like that. A kind smile would have been nice from her. Waiter was kind, but needed better training. Probably will not return for awhile even though food was good.

This place is not recommended for vegetarians or anyone expecting customer service. I ordered a breakfast burrito without meat, but they added bacon to it even though it was not listed on the menu. When I asked for a correction, the server seemed unamused. When he finally brought the burrito out, it was missing hashbrowns and salsa, and he too was busy on the phone to be bothered. He also charged $3 for three slices of avocado when I didn’t even get half of my food and later argued with me about it. Just skip as the food/atmosphere are not worth the poor customer experience.

We'll we were there this morning at 9:30am for breakfast. We have had this planned for weeks. We walked in and they gave us a table right away, then 15 minutes later they served 2 other tables and took their orders, served them drinks and they never looked at us. No wait staff, no drink, no menus, no silverware, nothing. We got up and walked out. I asked for a manager and the girl at the register was blank faced when I told her everything.

It can be difficult to get seating, but that's because it's such a great place. It's worth the wait.
Very friendly atmosphere makes you feel at home. Well keep and clean restaurant. Will definitely be there again.

I love the ingredients and different menu items vs a stereotypical breakfast restaurant. Where else can you get breakfast short rib gnocchi breakfast skillet? Love the French toast as well.

Good food. My daughter loves the crab cake eggs Benedict. I had pancakes. All good. Service was attentive and we didn't have to wait too long on a Tuesday.

Waited for about 10 minutes before staff even acknowledged us being there, we had made a reservation for our party of 6. Once seated and placed our food order, waited for 30+ minutes for our food to arrive.

We love going to Pangea because they have something for everyone. I like the breakfast tacos, my wife loves the eggs Benedict and our kids love the various pancakes they can get. They also have many types of mimosas if you’re there for brunch. The food has been good every time we’ve been there and it has a nice small town Main Street feel.
