I ordered my food online and when I got there my food wasn't on the pickup, when the worker asked me what I needed I said I had an order and THEN they started making it. When I finally got my food the bag of chips were not even half way full it was like 1/3rd of the way full. Kind of ridiculous that it wasn't even in progress of being made when I got there when no one else was there.

I’d never been to Qdoba before today. When I got ready to order, three different employees welcomed me and asked if I was ready to order. They were so friendly and positive. My food was awesome—didn’t expect such fresh flavors. When staff tend to be younger, you don’t always expect them to have such good customer service skills, but they were all great. I was so pleasantly surprised. I had a really enjoyable and relaxing lunch. Will definitely do a repeat visit.

I doordash and have had to wait for food to be done when I get there. I can see them prioritizing certain things over others. All orders are important and should be prioritized based on pick up time rather than who asks. Having to wait 15+ minutes and seeing something that was supposed to be done AFTER the order I'm picking up isn't good.

Mtly favorite Qdoba ever! The staff is friendly and they make a solid burrito. The best thing... Their breakfast is hearty. I really like the breakfast menu! Keep up the good work!!

Ordered online at 4:40 pm. Watched 25 people come in and be served before ours was FINALLY given to us an hour later, which was cold. No manager/owner on duty, just 3 teenagers. Been going there for 4 1/2 years, but will no longer give my hard earned money to them.

Put a catering order arrived at my time of pick up and had to wait over 20 min people working didnt even know what they were doing, I got no bowls or serving stuff I also witnessed an employee drop tortilla chips and just pick them up and put them in the frier. Managment has failed these employees I'll be contacting corporate I feeled robbed. Hutchinson location is much better.
