Purchased a meal to bring home. Got home and chips were AWFUL. Stale and smelled like paint. Also tortilla chips in bowl were the same. So I politely called and said the chips were bad. The young ladies response what do you want me to do about it. I said make sure your food is quality. Well I can't offer a rebate over the phone. I said I simply just don't want someone else to have to deal with a subpar product. Her response...ok thanks click. I guess Jersey Mike's will be a better option going forward. Avoid Waconia Qdoba if possible.

Going to Qdoba was a great experience. Two of my friends accidently dropped their food, and not only did the workers remake the orders, they made it for free!

This was a stellar dining experience. We accidentally dropped 2 containers of food and they made them again for free. I’ve never seen kinder workers in fast food. The tacos I got were some of the best I’ve had. Overall, a 10/10 experience!

Incredible Service- the employees went above and beyond. We dropped 2 containers of food on accident on separate occasions and both times Isaiah and Blake compt our food and they were very respectful. I dont ever expect this kind of service but I 100 percent recommend this place. Thank you Isaiah and blake

Two Supervisor young ladies working today were operating at 100 mph. Excellent service and hard working. They were even trying to clean a store that normally looks dirty.
I ordered my food online and when I got there my food wasn't on the pickup, when the worker asked me what I needed I said I had an order and THEN they started making it. When I finally got my food the bag of chips were not even half way full it was like 1/3rd of the way full. Kind of ridiculous that it wasn't even in progress of being made when I got there when no one else was there.

I’d never been to Qdoba before today. When I got ready to order, three different employees welcomed me and asked if I was ready to order. They were so friendly and positive. My food was awesome—didn’t expect such fresh flavors. When staff tend to be younger, you don’t always expect them to have such good customer service skills, but they were all great. I was so pleasantly surprised. I had a really enjoyable and relaxing lunch. Will definitely do a repeat visit.

I doordash and have had to wait for food to be done when I get there. I can see them prioritizing certain things over others. All orders are important and should be prioritized based on pick up time rather than who asks. Having to wait 15+ minutes and seeing something that was supposed to be done AFTER the order I'm picking up isn't good.
