They catered our graduation party last weekend. While we at them out of dough (120 pizzas??) everybody got fed and loved it. We never had to think about what they were doing as they just kept the pizzas coming and kept up with demand. I would highly recommend these guys for quality and service.

We had them cater an event at our store for our customers, and they were absolutely amazing! The pizzas came out quickly, were incredibly fresh and delicious! Everyone loved them! It was a huge step up from food we've had at past events. They were easy to work with, super friendly and we will definitely have them back for future events!

I reviewed them 6 years ago on FB and just had them again this week and same thing. This is the only wood fired pizza food truck I've ever had that serves a limp, soggy crust. Pizza comes out nice and crispy on the outside edges, but when you pick it up your slice, crust is limp and toppings fall off. I mean, even pizza I make in my oven doesn't do that. I'm sure they are nice people and I suspect many positive reviews are from people that know them personally. Service is friendly. Toppings are ok, nothing special, but ok. Fix the soggy crust and you might have something. (Don't get the wings tho. Meat was tough and they didn't even offer a buffalo sauce.)

Rolling Hearth Bistro was such a hit at my wedding! Everyone couldn't stop raving about the yummy pizza and kept asking for the name of the place. The owner was great to work with and handled getting approved by the city, setting up for the wedding, and accommodating dietary restrictions above and beyond expectations. The owner was also remarkably responsive throughout the process. Appetizer and pizza combination from them would be hard to beat and I would say the value was very high.

Went to Waconia Brewing Company to try their food, as they will be the food truck providing food at my daughter's grad party this Spring. We had the firecracker BBQ flavor chicken wings. VERY good. They serve pizza, pretzels and more. Yum.

If I could give Rolling Hearth 10,000 stars I absolutely would! Tim & Co. catered my wedding a while back, and we could not have asked for a better experience! The pizza is truly phenomenal! Even more importantly though.. their customer service is second to NONE!! After dinner service they continued making pizza well past our reserved time, solely to make sure that nobody was still hungry. (I have worked my entire adult life in the food and catering industry, and I can tell you how rare that is!) At the end of the night I did not hear ONE single complaint from our 150ish guests. Which is an almost inhuman feat considering how picky some of them were.
