I absolutely love coming here! The coffee is absolutely amazing and they have a wonderful variety of not only coffee but other drinks as well. The staff is is wonderful! Always smiling and engaging with you making you feel welcome every time you stop by! The owner is also a wonderful lady very nice and always wants to make sure your drinks are made correctly the way you want them! I recommend Scooters to anyone who likes coffee

We stopped by while we were in the area and got a Caramelicious Blended. It was our first time at Scooters both the person taking our order and the manager on duty were incredibly fun people. Embarrassingly, my only card declined at the window. They gave me the order for free anyways and said “we know you’re good for it!”. I am definitely coming back here and paying it forward for the person behind me. You guys rock!

Scooters has always had amazing customer service & great drinks. However i recently had a negative experience where my scooters points were redeemed and then upon pulling up was advised i couldn’t use them. At which point i paid for my drink and the associate specifically told me the points would be back on the account in 2-3 days. That did not happen I called as the associate said to call if this happened and staff truly didn’t care. Said ooops sorry now we know for next time! I go here at least 3-4 times a week. I am absolutely not looking for any handouts, i just think this was handled incorrectly.
