The Nicaragua and Velvet Soul are both complex and multi-faceted. My favorite, with its confectionary notes, was the Nicaragua. I had hoped I would be lucky enough to try single-source Central and South American beans again. The roast is just right. I look forward to savoring it for all its attributes.
Can't remember how long I've been ordering freshly roasted arabica coffee from Specialty Java but for more than a decade I've enjoyed every cuppa in a stainless steel mug from which the Specialty Java logo has completely worn off. Highly recommended!
I've been buying fresh roasted coffee online from them for years. Everyone of my coffee loving friends who have tried it have started drinking it themselves. There is no equal.
