Person taking our order was extremely rude and we waited for our drinks for 20 minutes. When they gave us our drinks they were completely wrong and we were the only people in there the whole time. A drink that was supposed to have oat milk and cold foam was made with whole milk and didn’t have cold foam. The Frappuccino was liquid as if it wasn’t blended at all. The drinks were very watered down as well

Yhe customer service was absolutely horrid...started with the snotty attitude of the girl at the register asking what I want...no greeting...no smile...just the I'm annoyed I'm here attitude. I asked for a large americano with plenty of room for cream. What I hot is barely from the rim of the cup...the one making it asked if I wanted just room or for cream...SAid cream...so she puts the lid on and hands me the coffee. Well the creamer isn't kept out where patrons can get to it...so I had to go back to the counter and ask for creamer after the bimbo knew I needed creamer. Then had to request sugar because they also gate keep that...which she only hands me these two small packets FOR A LARGE. Every single employee acted rude and extremely miserable which then proceeded to put on the customer...won't be going back for a long time. Starbucks quality in all aspects are just not the same

They do not scan for your points on phone app but they advertise all over that they do .Don’t advertise something that you do not do

Asked if their Halloween cups were on clearance, as it is 11/12...was told no. So they sit there. I would've bought them. So instead of some $ they got nothing from me, plus moved no outdated inventory. Smart move, Starbucks.

This Starbucks is awful. It’s ran by teenagers that clearly don’t know what the $&@# they are doing. Every time I go to this Starbucks after 7:00 PM they refuse to sell blended drinks because they are too busy cleaning the blenders early so they can leave at 8. Instead they should make the drinks customers request and clean up after they close. This is getting ridiculous and Oliver needs an attitude check.
