They denied my sister who had been walking outside a cup of water in 90° heat - she had no money. That's not even sloppy service, it's actually disgusting behavior.

My daughter and a friend were walking today in some extreme heat. My daughter started feeling sick and they were walking by starbucks, so they went in and asked for a cup of water. The girl working refused water unless they bought something. They didn't have money so they walked to a nearby competitor - who gave them a cup of water. Extremely disappointing service.

Love this Starbucks! It’s the only place I feel safe taking my son, who has a severe nut allergy. They’re super careful and always use a freshly sanitized pitcher for his dairy-free hot chocolate. It means so much to us. The staff are awesome and it’s a great spot for me to get work done. Only after going there a few times the barista memorized our orders. Can’t say enough good things!

I ordered a large iced caramel macchiato with extra caramel. I don't taste even a hint of caramel and it comes with 5 pumps of vanilla? Don't taste either. There was a small clump of caramel at the bottom and even after mixing that into the drink myself with my straw it taste like black coffee with some milk in it. I've had a year of experience working in a coffee shop and this is seriously what happens everytime I come to this starbucks.

This is the worst Starbucks I have ever encountered. Which is even my more unusual because it is in Edina. I felt like I was in a sterile, uncomfortable waiting room with unfriendly guards.
