Well I've waited to leave a review to see if my poor experience has been a one off or the usual. It seems to be the usual for me. I visit a lot of Starbucks and typically the staff are all pretty friendly but at this location there only seems to be one smiling staff member at a time. Came through the drive thru around 11am and the girl was super friendly! She even helped me figure out the rewards program and how to add money onto my Starbucks Card! I hope she gets a promotion or a raise, she definitely deserves it! This is by far one of my favorite locations to come to, and I’ll definitely come back!

This Starbucks is the closest one to me, so I go here a lot, and I’ve gotten used to the bad customer service. I go to other starbucks and get surprised when I see a friendly face. This is by far the worst one I‘ve gone to. Most of the workers are extremely rude besides a couple. I am unsatisfied.
