I paid $1.60 extra for steak on 2 tacos....
I got 2 maybe 3 little slices of steak if that, on each and overloaded with mushy a** beans.
Disgraceful waste of $ for add ons here

Placed an on-line order at home. Drove to Taco Bell on line pick up, was NOT acknowledged. Waited as 3 cars ordered and received food. I proceeded to that line and was chastised saying I needed to wait my turn. I explained that I had been waiting for quite some time. She mumbled something angrily and walked away with the wave of her hand. This older woman/brunette, working on Oct 31, 2024 at 11:30am, was so rude that we will NOT be returning to this location. This behavior is unacceptable and she should be terminated!

you guys are actually terrible about getting orders right, i get it not being able to hear, but if you can’t then ask. i go there a lot and 2/3 times my order is wrong. i work in the food service industry and this is my biggest pet peeve.

Honestly... It's extremely dirty! Good thing I don't actually like taco bell. I went to use the bathroom and it smells worse than the last time. Like gross cat litter, poop, ammonia. Just nasty smelling. Floors are dirty. Smudge marks everywhere. You can tell "they" just go there to get paid and not care a thing about anything else.

The restaurant was absolutely filthy. Flies, trash everywhere, one clean table in the whole restaurant. The food was as expected for Taco Bell. Although it did take them close to 15 minutes to come out with the food while we were the only customers in the restaurant.

Eating here has really gone down hill. I had a simple order... And after waiting 20 minutes, I got to the window. I was asked "What did you order?"
Somehow it was lost in the system, so they had to remake it. Everyone working had one speed... Snail. No hustle no cares.
Management needs to manage. You folks can do so much better.
