I came here with my husband and sister. I had an overall good experience. I did go back because I really loved this new flavor of ice cream that I tried that was banana. I went back this past weekend and they didn’t have it. I was absolutely heartbroken Hence the four stars instead of five. The service was great and the homemade waffle cones are the best I’ve ever had. My sister is very picky and she got the vanilla ice cream and liked it.

I had a really disappointing experience at The Main Scoop. The waffle cone I got was very stale. Neither of the staff members were welcoming, and the service felt rushed. To make things worse, my cone wasn't even full because they used the last bit of ice cream from the bucket, even though they clearly had more in stock. Would not recommend.
