Yall really need to read the order. This is why i dont like getting mcdonald's. My order is always wrong. Nexttime ill just sit in the drive-thru and check my order before i spend an hour driving home. People could be allergic to some stuff and you dont even know. Theres a reason why people customize the order. Just ridiculous

I bought a coffee this morning and it had PLASTIC in it! I tried calling the store 3X today to let them know just in case the machine is malfunctioning and nobody would answer the phone! Staff was very friendly!

Drive thu pickup ordered by phone app and had to wait in line 30min while watching the staff run around unorganized and not giving attention to the orders on the monitor and only one person is doing all orders. Food was almost cold 🥶 and employee was rude and overly worked .

Pickup service is usually very kind servers. Food is usually fresh, sometimes the fries or nuggets are Lukewarm, like today. Inside is typically clean. Miss the days when you felt welcome to check out with a human and eat inside, but that seems to be an outdated concept at all fast food these days. Most often, this location offers fresh food and kind service.

It was gross. I got the chocolate shake and was not impressed. This morning the guy said goodnight. One guys hair was very gressy and he smelled disgusting.
This was the only place in town that has coffee and Wi-Fi, and is open past 3 PM. I've never had to work in a McDonald's before but I was grateful they were there.

Food and grime on every single table, dirtiest McDonald's I've ever seen. No large drinks lids, or ketchup containers, ordered a big Mac and the cheese wasn't even melted, the meat was cold. The food was disgusting. I'll never go back to that McDonald's!

Everything I ordered after waiting inside line for 15 mins and then waiting over 30 for my food was cold!!! I was so angry after waiting that long and getting 2 meals ice cold I threw it away on my way out the door!!! The only good thing was the nice girl who rang me up!! Ella did good the rest do better!!! And u have to love how ur survey receipt says rate us highly satisfied and get a free sammich... for real.... I'm out 30$ just a horrible place to eat lately.
