Drive thu pickup ordered by phone app and had to wait in line 30min while watching the staff run around unorganized and not giving attention to the orders on the monitor and only one person is doing all orders. Food was almost cold 🥶 and employee was rude and overly worked .
Pickup service is usually very kind servers. Food is usually fresh, sometimes the fries or nuggets are Lukewarm, like today. Inside is typically clean. Miss the days when you felt welcome to check out with a human and eat inside, but that seems to be an outdated concept at all fast food these days. Most often, this location offers fresh food and kind service.
The lobby was dirty, there wasn't a clean place to sit. There was a couple of employees that were just hanging out in the lobby that were loudly talking about their plans to hang out until closing (we had a late lunch). The food wasn't very good. Cold fries and the burgers didn't appear to be freshly made either.
