Pickup service is usually very kind servers. Food is usually fresh, sometimes the fries or nuggets are Lukewarm, like today. Inside is typically clean. Miss the days when you felt welcome to check out with a human and eat inside, but that seems to be an outdated concept at all fast food these days. Most often, this location offers fresh food and kind service.
The lobby was dirty, there wasn't a clean place to sit. There was a couple of employees that were just hanging out in the lobby that were loudly talking about their plans to hang out until closing (we had a late lunch). The food wasn't very good. Cold fries and the burgers didn't appear to be freshly made either.
Nice friendly staff, quite usually, Bathrooms could be picked up a little better. But they were clean. Fries have always been fresh and hot. Only one wrong order and they fixed right away and let me keep the other.
