We happened in to Wadena purely by chance today. Haven't stopped thinking of our lunch at Oma's today. Took home bread and treats for tomorrow. HAVE THE HEAVENLY CAKE/PIE !! ITS TRULY HEAVEN.

I've been here a couple times in 2021 and I loved it, the owner is amazing and told me so many things about the restaurant and why he chose to do this, even though I have never had German foods at the time and to try them was so amazing! I came here every weekend and loved it every single time! I moved away but traveled an hour and 30 min and again it was well worth it! I have had the heavenly cake numerous times, my only complaint was that the show case wasn't as full as I remembered but that could be because I came a little later too! But to even still get to eat the heavenly cake and a nice iced Caramel latte was amazing! Will definitely travel the distance to eat here many more times!!

Oh my goodness-this place is incredible! We had the Bread and Spread appetizer, Gulasch with spatzle, Rahmschnitzel with spatzle, salads and Heavenly Cake. Everything was 10/10 amazing!!! Excellent service. Peaceful, relaxed & inviting atmosphere. We will definitely be back many times!

This place never disappoints! If you want authentic and DELICIOUS food as-well as amazing hospitality, I can't recommend this place enough. I come here every Saturday for breakfast with my partner and it's always delicious and a fantastic environment. We're so lucky to have such a great place run by fantastic people in Wadena ?
Great breakfast spot. Most bakery's leave you hungry for "real food", not this place. European breakfast have you working all day!
