Came in on 9/13/24. Girl behind the counter was rude, and I'm pretty sure the health department would have something to say about her 3 inch long painted nails and belly shirt while working with food and around a hot grill. Our order was made wrong, people order plain burgers because they don't like the crap on top, so we ended up paying for 2 burgers we couldn't even eat. Staff definitely needs to do better.

I asked for no tomato, got tomato. Asked for cheese curds instead of fries, got fries. Had to wait in drive thru for 20 minutes, very slow.

Ask for your receipt. I just ordered cheese curds ($5.49) and they gave me a total of $6.48 at the speaker, which doesn't *math* It is clearly posted there is a 50 cent charge if using a card, but I was using cash. I counted exact change and handed it to the gal at the window but I asked for a receipt. I did get correct change back, charged 5.94 with the tax, but the experience was a little off putting. Cheese curds were excellent, and fresh.

The food was decent. Personally, I wouldn’t rush to get a burger from here. The bun was “rough” (that’s the best way I can describe it) the burger itself didn’t have a lot of taste and had a mouth feel of it being a bit overcooked. Fries had absolutely no salt to them, although, I will say that they were cooked beautifully inside and out. Service was good but felt rushed.
Burger was cold, couldn't eat it. The fries were fine but I asked for a side condiment and didn't get it. I have tried this place a few times over the years and it's never been great. Even service is mediocre at best.

All around bad , I paid for 3 meals for my coworkers and I orderd my self the 3 pice strip combo , and all I got was my chicken , no fry’s ,no drink nothing, handed me drinks without the caps on the cups, no straws , dident ask a single question about if I needed anything els

This place isn't much to look at. You would totally miss I driving by, but I have been coming here since I was a kid. It's the same as it was 35 years ago. It's good, it's affordable, and at this point full of nostalgia.

Got there right before they opened. Waited in line. They didn't take my order until 6 minutes after they opened. Which okay, cool, not a big deal. I ordered a double bacon cheeseburger combo plain and an extra fry. Get home and find that the burger is loaded in mayo and tomatoes and who knows what else. Tried to take it off but it had soaked the entire bun. When you pay extra to get bacon and ask to not have toppings it would be nice if that is what you got. Nope, paid for two patties and a bottom bun that had remnants of all the toppings I didn't ask for and no bacon because that was smothered in the toppings. :( Very disappointing. As a business you should save money by following my order and NOT giving me the toppings.
