End of an Era for me. Have been a religious Burger Time customer for over 35 years, my first visit being the Detroit Lake , MN location (long closed). The wife and I always have made it a point to stop whenever visiting the Fargo or St. Cloud area. Wow, how times of changed. Went yesterday, and the reviews are spot on. The new fries are absolutely terrible, but worse, that burgers are significantly worse. The Meat itself is not even close to what it was on my last visit. The bun has also changed, as has the cheese. I suspect they changed suppliers, something similar to a low end Sysco type food. The burger was obviously frozen, and very low quality. (I was always told that Burger Time purchased quality beef from a farmer near Fergus Falls, not sure if that is accurate). For the first time in my life, I ate around half the burger, and tossed the rest. Boy will I miss that legendary, grill taste from the heyday of Burger Time. The drinks are also much smaller, and the prices are premium. I really do hope they turn things around, unfortunately I will probably not visit again, so I will never know. We are moving on to Five Guys, Culvers, and Vals. It was a hell of a run Burger Time, can't believe I have had my last.

We went past it looked closed turned around and saw the open sign was so happy you were there in the extreme cold they were fast polite and the food was great!! Will make it my go to when I'm in st.cloud

Love the food and great price. Please keep the food the same the chicken you switched to was pretty bad. I am happy you switched back I would rather pay more and keep it the same this is my favorite restaurant keep up the good work. Above is my old review now the food changed and more expensive for food that is different not good. I was here at 5pm and nobody is here ordering food. Does that not tell you something switch back to the old burger time. I feel if you dont burger time will be gone.

Use to love this place as a kid but since 2020 this place went to shit. The quantity and quality of food is garbage now. My fries are cold and raw. The fries are different than they use to be. The drink size shrunk drastically since. The burgers use to be hot and fresh right off the grill but now seem like they are just sitting under some kind of warming light. No juicy hot burgers anymore. Ordered a bacon cheese burger, fries and pop combo and it costs $14.41 for what use to cost $6. Im never going back again!

Food was not good. No bacon on a BBQ bacon cheeseburger, and fries were soggy. Burger tasted like it was recooked. Place has gone to trash over the last year.

Ordered on doordash and didn't get the food we paid for only the drinks and when I tried to call the store numerous time no answer as my doordasher stated that they only gave him drinks.

Just drove away with order...that was wrong, but worst part is both burgers were borderline cold and dry clearly reheated from night before. This place used to be our favorite now I won't go ever again.

Burger time used to be great, I moved here from Sioux Falls, SD. I agree with the recent reviews that the fries are terrible. Mine tasted like they got left out and then they refried them, absolutely awful. I had them remake them and they were still just as bad. ATTN MANAGEMENT, CHANGE SOMETHING. I do unfortunately see them going out of business. Save your time and money and go to Val's or quite literally anywhere else.
