Lil blonde girl had attitude when I let her know my bowl was wrong, she rolled her eyes and didn’t ask what was wrong and gave the bowl back exactly how she gave it the first time. I payed for more then I got in the bowl?? I would like better service and a bowl I paid for ??

The energy bowls are absolutely delicious but the staff definitely need some training in the customer service department. When my daughter and I walked in for the first time the place was empty and there was one employee behind the counter. She glanced at us, didn't say hi or welcome or even acknowledge us at all.. just ignored us and went about whatever she was doing. We went up and stood in front of the counter waiting for her to say anything to us but she didn't. I had to get her attention and say "Excuse me.. we put an order in online" and all she said in response was "What's the name?" and when I told her she just grabbed the bag, handed it to me and then turned around and kept doing whatever she was doing. Really a shame because the product itself is amazing and I crave it but the atmosphere and lack of customer service skills is really a turn off. The owner should definitely look into doing some additional training on this as I noticed the same issue in other reviews as well so its clearly not a one time occurance. My daughter also found a blond hair in her bowl.. it definitely wasn't either of ours because we are both dark brunette.. so that was a little gross and off putting too... however, my bowl was amazing. The service was our biggest concern though.. it may cause the business to miss out on a lot of repeat business if customers don't feel welcome.. just sayin.

Terrible first experience. The 2 girls working didn’t even really acknowledge we were there, they kept talking until we asked a question. Not very welcoming when we came in, and we were so excited to try out the place. Both of us ate 1/4 of our large bowls and threw the rest away. Disappointed.

Not sure who the 19 year gal was driving the food truck but she almost caused a pile up on 94, maybe drug test ur employees before you get sued

Yummy tasting and ok for you!!! Thank you. Since I shifted my nutritional food plan four years ago away from dairy and lots of sugar, I miss Cold Stone Ice Cream, ice cream, and frozen treats. This is a perfect upgrade to healthier, brain friendly and gut kind treats. If you like fruit and DQ you should try this place.

A quick easy way to grab a sweet treat with healthy options. The Waite Park location has some tables inside to eat at and a few outside during the warmer months.Their smoothie bowls are over the top and the small size is a meal! Pictured is a small Galactic Unicorn.
