First time going there in St. Cloud and the food was great but the server I had was awful and I’m a bartender so I know that some days are hard but not to have any type of energy towards your customer is awful no thank you no you are welcome no do we need boxes having to wait 10 mins to even get drinks when it’s slow was very disappointing Janessa or Jen whatever the name was should have stayed home that day

In the month of December we have stopped to dine here at least 5 times. The food is always delicious, however, the last three experiences have been terrible service. This last experience we are leaving from now we were barely served. Had to ask for things. Waited 30 min for our check. Asked for a second beer that we never received. The Coors my husband had tasted flat/stale. Stated they would bring a different one for him. Never saw it One person was working the bar and tables...

Food and atmosphere was decent but beware of hidden charges. I didn’t review my receipt before we left as my husband paid and after looking at noticed a mystery service charge. Also we were charged extra for two small side cups of sour cream they asked if we wanted with our fries. If it was extra we should know about it…and also the mystery service charge. Bad business practice for sure. Transparency is needed.
