I have been in the Waite Park, MN Culver’s twice in the last month. Last time I thought it was a fluke so I didn’t think much of it. However, again today I had the same experience. I tried to use the restroom, both times it was filled with employees hanging out. This time two remained in the stalls silent for over 10 minutes while I waited. One was listening to music in the stall. I made myself known with noises and such. They didn’t come out. One oddly took off her belt and hung it on the stall door. Finally they came out. One didn’t even wash her hands!!! So gross! Over staffed and they hang out in the very small restroom.

I recently visited Culver’s after a long time and was extremely disappointed. The burger was unappetizing and completely unseasoned. The fries were also lacking in flavor. To make matters worse, the concrete I ordered was practically melted, as if it had been sitting out for too long. I will definitely not be returning.

This is the second time I’ve been there recently. The first time it was very dirty inside, pop area looked like it’s never been cleaned. This time we went through the drive through. Ordered our meals, one with a chocolate malt. I paid, the boy working window started handing out a chocolate milk, and I corrected him and two girls by the window were arguing with each other saying I said it wrong. The boy working the window apologized, hopefully refunded the meal (I got a receipt for the refund that I can barely read), I repaid for the correct meal. We pull ahead and they bring out our food but still no malt. I asked where it was and she said I ordered a chocolate milk, and asked for it back and wanted me to go in and pay again. She fixed it after I corrected her. But I had to go in to ask if my smoothie for the other meal could get mixed because the bottom half wasn’t even mixed. And those two girls are by the window again arguing about someone else’s order someone messed up.

The place was dirty. The girl taking our order had such long fingernails she had trouble getting the order straight. Urinal inl men's bathroom was out of order and no towels

I gave a lower review because they bost a 10% discount for veterans. I go to places like this because they appreciate our service. But the compi item was because they charged me for a fry last time I didn't get. According the this math of a 10% discount my final bill before taxes should have $15.58 but it was $24.55 is this what they call new math. And the young woman taking the order said she can't fix it the computer doesn't let her change it. I believe I should find some place that stands behind what they say about veterans discount.

We dined in, the napkins were empty, flies pestering. They forgot order our order of fries. Ordered fish basket and cheese curds to go. Cheese curds were dumped out of container in the bottom of bag. The food was good but I wouldn't dine in again.
I drive from the other side of town to this location. Nice folks, it's clean eveytime I go. Food seems fresh. It also seems well staffed. Nothing bad to say.
