Could not tell you how many Culver's burgers I've had over the years. No issues here. So, I ordered a double cheeseburger here. When I received my order I only had one patty on my burger. I went back in and vocalized my dispute. I then got a burger patty in a box. This was peculiar. I did however return to my vehicle and addedbthe second patty to my then single burger and thus didn't have any problems. Wasn't charged for the single patty in a box so, really, no harm-no foul. Won't keep me from returning. 🫡

genuinely the worst culver's i've ever been to. regardless if i go inside, go through the drive thru, order through doordash/uber, it doesn't matter. every single time i have ordered here they mess something up. one time it was the wrong toppings, minor inconvenience, nbd. one time they forgot my onion rings, okay. more annoying. one time i ordered in the drive thru, and had to literally scream at the order taker because she couldn't hear me, i understand that's not their fault, but Culver's as a company should fix that issue for them. another time i had ordered a cooler & they gave me an entirely different drink. this time, i ordered on doordash, they don't have a root beer float option, so i got a root beer & a pint of vanilla custard so i could make myself one while im at home studying. order arrived: no drink. no custard. they sent the guy w my burger and called it a day. AND the burger was cold. like not even a little warm. thankfully doordash is nice and gave me credits so im not out on the money i spent. but its just ridiculous that this keeps happening. it seems like the employees there have little to no training & not a care in the world. i understand a lot of the employees are probably teenagers/young adults, but there's grown adults there who are supposed to be training them, no?

I have been in the Waite Park, MN Culver’s twice in the last month. Last time I thought it was a fluke so I didn’t think much of it. However, again today I had the same experience. I tried to use the restroom, both times it was filled with employees hanging out. This time two remained in the stalls silent for over 10 minutes while I waited. One was listening to music in the stall. I made myself known with noises and such. They didn’t come out. One oddly took off her belt and hung it on the stall door. Finally they came out. One didn’t even wash her hands!!! So gross! Over staffed and they hang out in the very small restroom.

You never include napkins in the drive-through orders. Put napkins in the bag and quit asking for my name, I hate that.
After a long day of outdoor spring cleaning my family and I had decided to splurge on Culver's as a treat. Upon entering the facility, the staff didn't great us, and many were standing around chatting. After ordering we proceeded to try and find a table to sit at with our number while we waited for the food. Sadly every table was dirty with smeared food or garbage all over the floors. Then we went to get our drinks and there was again garbage and ketchup all over the condiment area so you couldn't set anything down without it getting dirty. We ended up having to clean a table ourselves just to sit. It was only 6:45pm on a Saturday.. to top it off most of the fries and cheese curds we received tasted like fish, which resulted in us throwing them away. My husbands mushroom/Swiss burger didn’t seem cooked all the way, also thrown away. Of the $40 dollar meal we pretty much threw it all away except our drinks.. We don't eat out very often so we we're pretty bummed that it was such a disappointment.

Given the price is on par with McDonald's at this point, I don't know how this place isn't mobbed. The food quality is insanely good and the menu is far better. If we are going out for burgers, then this place wins hands down.

I recently visited Culver’s after a long time and was extremely disappointed. The burger was unappetizing and completely unseasoned. The fries were also lacking in flavor. To make matters worse, the concrete I ordered was practically melted, as if it had been sitting out for too long. I will definitely not be returning.
