I've gone two times, and both times I've waited and had half my order missing. Today, I waited 30 minutes total, and I ended up missing half my order. It's my fault for not checking my order, but that's too much. It's ridiculous. I used to go all the time. Not anymore. All I got was a sorry, and that's it. How about getting workers who actually pay attention and have more staff.

Got my concrete mixer before my food and while I was waiting found TWO hairs in it.. when I handed it back and asked them to remake it, the girl argued with me and said she made it and clearly that was not her hair in it. I said I don't care who made it. There was two hairs in it.Please remake it. No apology or anything just so much attitude. The second concrete mixer she handed me was so thin it was like water, but honestly I was too tired and it's too late to be arguing anymore so I just left. Wouldn't be surprised if she spit in it too with how much attitude she gave me. Needless to say, I will not be eating it. And now I guess i'm out that seven dollars which is also pretty ridiculous. I miss the days when fast food workers were actually friendly and apologetic when something was messed up. Seems it's rare these days. I will not be coming back to this location.

They have the best cod dinner. The best part is that it is fresh cooked when you are given your order. Never cold, never feels or taste like it was under a warmer lamp. ALWAYS fresh

I've always had issues with a gluten-free burger without a bun. Or with a sunday, they just can't seem to figure that out and I live at these places when I travel.Because they do have gluten free.They need to do more training and gluten free and always ask if you want a gluten free bun.Or if you do not want a gluten free bun.
Did drive through.... recieved our basket meals with no condiments. Nothing but dry burger and dry chicken on a bun and no napkins in the bag either.

Mangager handed my girlfriend a large pop with the lid not seated properly getting half of the pop all over the side of my car and all over the interior in the window seals, buttons etc. we go to this location consistently because the food is good but it’s by far the most incompetent place for food I’ve ever been. In past 2 years not once have they gotten our orders right so we have to return to get it fixed, complete clown show here I would take your business elsewhere or to the other location off of highway 10.

Love the Deep Fried Shrimp. We split a 10 piece basket and sub onion rings for fries. Makes a nice dinner for us.
