Famous Dave's Bar-B-Que (To Go Only)

If I could leave a ZERO I would.
Whomever was the manager today, or whoever answered phones today should be FIRED IMMEDIATELY.

We tried to call in an order for pick up for a company lunch. Not only was the person answering the phone disrespectful and rude, but she asked if we could be put on hold “for a brief moment”… that brief moment was 2O MINUTES… after that time we were told they weren’t taking orders… and was very rude about it..
Unacceptable way to do business.. you could have saved us 20minutes and been up front..
If I could remember her name, I’d put her on blast…

Needless to say, our company will never use Granite City or “Famous Dave’s” ever again..

Ordered online. Said it would be done at 2:04. We waited an additional half hour and ended up having to cancel our order and go to chipotle we were so hungry.

Waited for take out for 20+ minutes & watched another person come in & got there’s right away after i’ve been here for significantly longer.

Food is always good. We should have double-checked our to go containers. We were given a bunch of wedges that wasn't ordered. But didn't get out beans or cold slaw.

Service was great food came out quick. I've had microwaved ribs better than what I was served, "famous fries" are bland potato wedges and mac & cheese was terrible.

If zero stars was an option, I would have selected that. Not famous Dave’s food unless it’s now run by my high school lunch lady. Sucks so so much. Run away.

I went to pick my order up and had to leave without anything. I had a Famous Dave's gift certificate and I was told they don't expect Famous Dave's gift certificates. What a joke.

Worst food ever!!!! Ribs was dry and not fresh at all!!! They probably made it 2 days before!!!Run from this place you will throw your money in the garbage!!! I will definitely stay with Texas Roadhouse, I realize now why they call restaurant Famous Dave’s!!! Is because the garbage they cook on their kitchens!!!! Run run run or you will be in the bathroom for the next 3 days
