Grizzly's Wood-Fired Grill - Waite Park

Casual bar, cheese curds were ok, mac and cheese was good, brisket was a little lack luster. Staff was super nice and answered our dumb questions about St. Cloud. That being said, the hoisin sauce on the ahi tuna bites was a little weird, it didn't really match the flavor profile and definitely overpowered everything.

Unfortunate experience. We were told there was a 15 minute wait for a table during lunch for two which is not bad. Unfortunately after being seated, we waited another 35 mins in dining area without any contact with wait staff. We ended up leaving after almost 40 mins of waiting for someone to simply acknowledge us, let alone take our order. Two servers were working in this section (which was very busy and a wait for service could certainly be justified) but nobody acknowledged us even after making eye contact and attempting to get their attention. Larger tables seated after us were addressed by the same servers. Can't rate the food since nobody ever took our order. 🤷‍♀️

Two out of three meals were room temperature. The management was very apologetic and adjusted our bill satisfactorly. The server was a little neglectful and forgetful.

2nd time coming here. First experience was mediocre at best. Service was ok, table dirty, order was wrong and food was ok. However, Service was better this time around. They got my order right and the booth was clean. Plenty of parking outside. Nice ambiance inside.

We had a great dinner and great service here. Delicious old fashioned cocktails and wine. Loved the walleye. TVs on throughout made it easy to watch the games.

It was our first time in here and we were blown away by how good the food was. We were first seated in the dining room but moved to the bar for happy hour and the amount of food we got for the price was awesome. Service was great. Overall great experience

The waitress we had was very kind and checked in frequently to fill our water. Classic woodfire chicken makes the place smell amazing.
