Food was good for the most part, asked for cheese on eggs which I usually don't get but wanted to try something different but when they brung it out there were 2 slices of cheese laying on top that was barely melted and never really melted meaning eggs must've not been that hot. My family member had to put her potatoes on top to help melt it. Maybe shredded cheese would work better. The same with the butter on the pancakes.
As far as service we were not even halfway through our meal when waitress came to ask if food was ok which is normal however what was bothersome was that she plopped the bill down right after which I never had that happened while dining unless it was really busy which it was not. It's usually a little towards end of the meal. The worst for me was that the suggested gratuity (which is right there in full view) was circled. I found that highly rude, I can see it without a giant circle. I usually leave more than the suggested amount anyways but I don't need someone to highlight it I'm going to leave whatever tip I want regardless. That only makes me not want to leave anything, very unpleasant as far as I'm concerned. This is why I prefer to order to go.

I had hoped this would be better than others I have been too but this one is definitely the worst I had been trying to order takeout for an hour but it didn’t go through so I called and no one answered so I drove to the location and asked to place and order and I was told i wouldn’t be served for almost an hour.
This is very disappointing and frustrating.

Music is just too loud. Unable to have a conversation at a normal voice level. We asked the (very nice) server if they could maybe turn the funky dance music down a bit. She came back and said there was no way to turn it down, and in fact she always wondered why they left the music on at night when they closed up. Please turn down the volume on the music!!!

We have the best server she was getting rushed and going through a lot but she held her own and at the end she was really sweet and she tried her hardest to make everybody happy and she was just the sweetest person
This was our first time at this restaurant, and we had a great experience. Our server Brittany was very prompt, personable and attentive. The food was excellent! We had the French toast, and the cheesecake pancakes. The chefs made it to perfection! (Blowing a French kiss) We will definitely come to this place again.
