The waitress we had today was very nice. We were waiting for another person to join us and we were there for about 20 minutes at a table waiting for our other guest and our waitress was very polite about it never gave us grieve. Once he showed up she was at the table taking our order. I noticed she had some customers at a table that were very rude to her, that had nothing to do with her waitresses Job. She was great to us.

PEOPLE...they have 3.3 star rating for a reason!!! First, the place was FREEZING cold inside. This is the first sign of a dying company. The food was tasteless, orange juice was water with orange flavoring and two out of four dishes came out cold...not even lukewarm. The cook staff were fighting with the waitress and CONSTANTLY were getting orders wrong. Two groups left while we were there because the service was EXTREMELY SLOW! 1.5 hours from the time we arrived till the time we left. Our cups that the orange juice came in all smelled strongly of bleach and cleaner...which was DISGUSTING 🤮! I pray I don't get sick.
HERE IS THE KICKER, this restaurant has had very poor reviews for a long time. The "owner" replies to the reviews as "sorry" and gives you a link...but NOTHING CHANGES!!!! This is condescending at best, and "just doesn't give a shit" at worst.
There are so many other restaurants in Saint Cloud, so many better places that actually earn your money and so many other places that actually give a shit. The waitress, definitely the cook staff and 100% the owner has proved to the public that THEY DON'T DESERVE YOUR BUSINESS!!

I have not been here since they first opened and didn't like it then. However, my family wanted to go because they saw an ad for unlimited pancakes. So, ya, why not go. Well, it took 27 mins to get our food, and let just say that it wasn't that appealing. Our eggs were still raw, or pancakes we undercooked, oh, and we didn't get unlimited pancakes like we saw on TV. The waitress, I believe, was the only one they had, and all you could hear is the cook yelling. Went hungry and left hungry. Will NOT be going back.

They don't have to worry about me coming again. I sat at a table for 20 minutes before the dust mop finally came and ask what she could get for me, after waiting on people who came in after me. Once I got my food it was cold avocado was rotten and didn't come back not once to see if she could help me. Bad service so NO TIP.

I came here for my uncle's birthday on 31 May 2024 at 6 pm. I order the BBQ Cowboy Burger. The burger came with no BBQ sauce. It was bland and the bun had a weird taste. The service was very slow even though it wasn't busy at all. A couple employees argued in or near the kitchen. I will not come back here or any ihop again. Family owned restaurants or cafés or Texas Roadhouse are far better.
