In the year 2026 there was a KFC. And in this KFC were buckets of chicken. Buckets and buckets of chicken. Chicken so juicy, chicken so crispy. How can this chicken be so crispy yet so juicy? It just seems impossible. Nonetheless, somewhere way down the hallway (right around the corner) in the back office. They put the plan together and they figured it out but they’re not gonna tell us how, because it’s a secret. Now you just have to start selling six packs of that sweet lightning. I’d buy it.

Ordered delivery through the app from the Waite Park, MN location. My order included the 8 piece family meal (extra crispy, variety options with fries/mashed potatoes), famous bowl, 2 sides of cheese curds, and the wings/wedges fan favorite box. The 8 piece meal was original recipe and only had drumsticks and thighs. We choose extra crispy because original recipe is soggy and we choose variety because half of the household likes white meat which you can only get from the breast. Everything was lukewarm except the mashed potatoes were still a decent temperature and the cheese curds were cold. This is a stark contrast from the last time we ordered from this location. We must have gotten the D team that doesn't take pride in their work this time around. It's a shame.

The St.Cloud location has not been delivering the great chicken pieces as they have in the past! Once again I try this place which I was looking forward to enjoying a chicken meal and this is what I get, a burnt, greasy terrible looking chicken pieces. I hesitated eating them. I see they dont care to serve this crap that was over cooked or sat for many hrs with the rest of the other greasy over cooked pieces. I would not recommend this location! Not worth the price!

UPDATE:: 7:24 PM, just got done talking to DD support. The store never confirmed the order, so they (DD) could not follow through with assigning a dasher. They offered to reach out to the store, but I told them to cancel. Apparently this KFC did not need my business. I was given a full refund for my order and tip. THANK YOU DOORDASH!!

Placed an order online through the KFC app, at about 5:10pm. I got an email saying that it would be delivered at 6:16 pm on 12/31/25. When I clicked on Track order, it tells me that it was sent to KFC for final confirmation and that delivery is for 6:58 pm. That didn't seem right. Over one hour, close to two give ten minutes for chicken and sides? No where did I see who to contact with questions, so I called the store thinking they would be able to help me. Instead, I was met with rudeness. They immediately go that's a door dash problem. I clarified that I ordered through the KFC app, and they wrote me off, telling me it even says on the app powered by door dash. The whole conversation made me feel dumb. I just wanted to check on my order because I was trying to feed my kids after a long day and not have to go anywhere.

I love KFC but this is the third time I've tried this one, and it's clear they don't care about the customers.

Doordash was also no help. I couldn't get ahold of customer service. So, I'm probably out $50+ bucks. Lesson learned, never use the app and never reach out to the store.

Currently 6:56pm, no food -- no word on when food will be here and Google maps says KFC is closing at 8 for the holiday.

We drove 35 minutes to this KFC to go through the drive-thru. We order a family meal. We confirmed at the window the meal we purchased as we have had issues in the past. When we got home we had issues items. We paid 37.42 for 6 strips, 2 large side and 4 biscuit. We called the KFC and asked to speak to supervisor. She stated that we received what we purchased but would willing to give us a 4 chichen. The meal we order came with 6 pieces of chichen and 6 strips. I told her that she wasn't giving us anything since we had already paid the for chichen but didn't received it. The fact she's had just come on shift and stated she didn't take our order, then stated we got what we paid for. She was very unprofessional and hung up on me. This will be our last time at this location!

I hadn’t ate kfc in years! Ordered the four piece tenders with mashed and gravy and it was absolutely delicious! Definitely will come again! Service was fantastic!

Every fountain pop taste funny, I used to think it was just a bad timing thing and they were running low, but at this point I don't think they clean the machines.
