I'm extremely disappointed with my recent visit to this KFC location. As a loyal customer who usually visits during my breaks, I've often overlooked the rude service. However, today's experience was unacceptable.
I took my son to get some food, and as we walked in, we weren't greeted. The cashier looked at us dismissively and asked what we wanted to order without any courtesy. I ordered two three-piece meals with sides, and she responded with a curt "Is that it?"
After receiving our receipt and cups, we waited for about 10 minutes for our number to be called. When we picked up our food, I was appalled to find that the fries were extremely salty and the chicken was greasy and nasty.
The combination of rude service and subpar food has ensured that I won't be spending another dime at this restaurant.

Lunch there today. Not the KFC we used to know. A couple pieces we had were drowned in pepper, the thighs were so over coated with breading and one piece the breading was not even crispy, just mushy. We were so disappointed. Probably won’t go there again. It didn’t even taste like KFC chicken!

My husband went to this facility and ordered a 12 Pc meals. When he got to the window to pay and get the order he was given an 8 Pc chicken only. He told the person that he ordered a 12 Pc meal. She said we'll that will be $9.00. So he paid. She gave him a bucket of 12 Pc chicken. He said where is the rest of my ordered. She looked dumb founded. He said again I ordered a 12 Pc meal not just chicken. The rest of the employees were goofing off. It was Halloween night so I guess they were more interested in games than doing their jobs. So he took the chicken and left. The chicken was horrible. What a waste of money. This place has gone down hill and we won't be back.

Stopped for take out today. Was never so disappointed, the person behind the counter was rude and not at all helpful. The chicken was over cooked and burned. This happened to me here a couple of weeks ago and I marked it off as a one time thing. It was worse today, I will not got back to this restaurant!

I asked for 2 regular chicken breasts. Received one drumstick and thigh, extra crispy. More crispy than chicken. Potatoes and gravy were cold. Biscuit was good. Store had an hour before closing and noticed ovens powered off.

Everything was very salty & I like salt!! Chicken strips were grisly & more batter than chicken. Haven't been there in years & now I remember why. Quality has gone way down!!
