So happy to get off a hard days work and decide I’m going to order some KFC and after a 45 minute wait I bust open my frozen cold food just find a nice long hair deep in my famous bowl. After calling to ask about it I was giving no reason or an apology just the number to call door dash ! Currently hungry and on hold.

Our chicken was red inside ? Had to cook it longer once we got home.
Brought the food home, opened it to serve my family and they not only sent me food but a roach too!! Never ever again can I eat there now. Ughhhhh I'm horrified and all that food gone to waste because I won't eat it now.

We went to eat here, and we ordered our food. I was told by the girl at register that we close in 40 minutes. The sign stated at 9pm it was only 7:15 pm, we said ok . While I was getting pop, another worker told me the back was closed, and they closed in 40 minutes. My husband goes the pop machine is closed? She looked at my husband and said no, the garbage can in the back is closed, but I will be taking the pop machine down in 30 minutes. Then, while we ate eating, the girl came around to tell us how long we had until they closed. The food was good, but the staff were pushy and didn't want people in the dining room.

KFC has gone down hill. I was charged over $18 for 8 chicken wings and the were extremely small with little flavor. Also the mashed potatoes were awful.

I want to give a special shout out to Anthony, for being so kind and amazing everytime I stop by, when I want KFC i’m hoping he’s working so i can say hi! He is very friendly and a very kind gentleman, i hope this gives him the recognization he deserves!!
