I stopped in after my workout and was very satisfied with the service at Lifestyle Nutrition. I am definitely someone who wants to know the nutrition breakdown for my protein shakes. I didn’t even have to ask, it was explained during the ordering process. I was recommended a recovery shake since I had just gone on a long run.
