My wife and I had a great experience at Olive Garden, and it was because we had an awesome server. I can’t remember his name, but we sat in a booth by the bar, and he was working behind the bar. Young gentleman from Sartell. He was so polite and had exceptional customer service skills. He was definitely raised to be respectful, and Olive Garden can be very proud to have him as an employee!!! It’s so refreshing to see that level of professionalism, and it was genuine and from the heart!
Thank You for a great experience and dinner!!! Looking forward to having my leftovers for breakfast tomorrow morning!

Always a peaceful place to dine with friends. Waitress was rude arrogant and pushy. Please tell her to take out the ugly nose rings .
It distracts from the service of the meal

I just wanted to give a shoutout to our server Bildey. She was so great! Seriously I wish I knew when she worked so we could sit in her section all the time. She was fast and listened to every detail. She didn't forget a thing and was just so kind and funny 😄. If you see Bildey give her a high five because she definitely deserves it. A+ service, hats off to her 👏

I love eating at this place it is always great. However last week I did try to order delivery from there because they offer free delivery, but what I didn't know as they use Uber eats for delivery and some of the drivers for Uber eats are definitely subpar. If you want take out from here, order and go pick it up yourself, the Uber driver drove up to the building and marked delivered then he blocked my phone number. I called the restaurant to complain and one of the managers remade my dinner and personally delivered it to me and their personal car. The managers and workers at the restaurant are phenomenal

I love Italian restaurants especially this one amazing soups, amazing breadsticks, better than any other Olive Garden. Surfers are amazing and definitely deserve a raise. Keep up the good work, Olive Garden.

It's truly disheartening to witness the precipitous decline of Olive Garden, a chain that, a mere decade ago, offered a genuinely satisfying, if predictable, Italian-American dining experience, but has since plummeted into a lamentable state. The once-dependable service has devolved into an inexplicable ballet of inattention and inefficiency, leaving patrons stranded amidst dirty tables and forgotten requests. As for the food, what was once hearty and comforting has become an uninspired assembly of lukewarm, bland, and often carelessly prepared dishes, where the famed breadsticks sometimes arrive stale and the pasta swims in sauces devoid of any discernible flavor. One is left to ponder whether Olive Garden or its seafood-centric counterpart, Red Lobster, now truly holds the ignominious title for the most disappointing national chain, as both seem locked in a desperate race to the bottom of the culinary barrel
