I live in another state but every year I visit this area I look forward to eating at this restaurant which is a big favorite of several family members. I noticed a sign that said this particular franchise was the 2024 franchise of the year and I and my family agreed with that. The pizzas are as good or better than most pizza places and the fried chicken, stuffing, mashed potatoes are all excellent, too….. very consistent with each visit I’ve had here. What really made the restaurant stand out this time was not only the same great food, but the service was superb. There were three or four young ladies that were regularly stopping by our table for the empty plates-what an excellent team!

Typically I have 5 star experiences when coming to this Pizza Ranch. Upon entering, I order a thin crust pizza with white sauce and my favorite toppings. The last visit was noticeably different in wait time for the pizza and the quality of the fried chicken. My pizza took quite a while to receive, and there were slices taken out of it prior to arriving at my table! I expect that the Pizza that I order will come to ME first, as it always has been in the past. Why on earth would a hostess offer someone else’s customized pizza to another customer who was NOT sitting at the table with my order number clearly labeled?! To be honest I was planning on asking for the whole pie when it arrived but couldn’t. Secondly, this may be a one-off situation but the chicken is usually juicy but was pretty dry on my last visit as well. I hope next time it returns to the great service and chicken quality that I expect.

Waite Park, MN is the best Pizza Ranch we have been to. The food is always hot and fresh. The staff are outstanding and always there to assist you with smiles on their faces. Would recommend everyone try Waite Park anytime of day and also on Sunday fir the brunch!
