I live in another state but every year I visit this area I look forward to eating at this restaurant which is a big favorite of several family members. I noticed a sign that said this particular franchise was the 2024 franchise of the year and I and my family agreed with that. There's a wide variety of pizza on the buffet as well as a few not pizza choices (fried chicken, mashed potatoes and gravy, pasta, salad). You can order a pizza to your tastes. Family friendly. Staff is friendly and helpful.
Typically I have 5 star experiences when coming to this Pizza Ranch. Upon entering, I order a thin crust pizza with white sauce and my favorite toppings.
The last visit was noticeably different in wait time for the pizza and the quality of the fried chicken.
My pizza took quite a while to receive, and there were slices taken out of it prior to arriving at my table! I expect that the Pizza that I order will come to ME first, as it always has been in the past....
