Peggy was SO RUDE. Rolled her eyes when I asked her to add extra lettuce & extra mayonnaise on my sandwich. Then went to use a coupon & she got snippy & stated they don’t take paper coupons at that location. Then my sub meat was still cold when I had it TOASTED so I brought it up to the counter to ask for it warmed up in the microwave, she got snippy saying they don’t take subs back. When I didn’t even ask for them to take it back, my meat was STILL COLD after I had it toasted. Just crappy customer service. I’ve never been treated so poorly. If Peggy hates her job so much, then maybe she belongs sitting at a desk away from customer service.

On March 23rd at 7:20 I went to this subway to get food for my family. They said they were closed, we looked online and it said they close at 8. We asked them about it and they were rude and stated again that they were closed although they weren’t to close until 40 minutes later. The sign was still on looking like they were open but they were emptying out all the veggies. I get starting to close early like wiping down counters and such but there is no reason to not take orders to get your boss profit so they can pay you. Very disappointed ☹️.

Lady was rude, I asked to make three sandwiches but she only made one. She had an attitude when I asked to make the other sandwich’s but she only gave me one more sandwich. She wasn’t only rude to me but to a different customer. A manger may need to train her how to act.

Came by at about 3:20pm on January 28th. There seemed to be just one person working. There were 4 people ahead of me - a family of 3 and a single individual. I stood in line for 13-15 minutes. The employee (younger, afro) didn't greet anyone. Just asked "Want do you want?". Never showed a single smile. Definitely not a customer service rockstar. Didn't try to upsell, suggestive sell, or ask if there were anything else he could get for me. It's Subway, I don't expect much but I do expect SOME customer service. As a manager of a different establishment, I wouldn't let that fly from my staff - but maybe that's just me.

Kid was stoned out of his mind. He kept mumbling so quietly damn near had to reach over the glass to just barely hear him. He did not seem to have a single customer service cell in his body. Made a mess of my sub and drowned it in sauce. Moved in extra slow motion, the entire interaction was like trying to pull teeth. Completely lost my appetite, wasted my money, and regret not just getting sbarro.

Workers were careless and did a poor job making my food also the food wasn’t good and doesn’t sit well in my stomach again workers just looked depressed and didn’t care to have an ounce of good customer service

The workers were depressed, and made my sandwich poorly. And my bread was burnt and it wasn’t even toasted. I only got two sandwiches for ma and my friend, and it was over $30. My tomato’s were rotten, and the meat looked nasty, again it was made very poorly. And I feel like I’m going to get food poisoning from it!
