Came here on Sunday with my family. I believe Colby “helped” us. It didn’t seem like he knew how to cut the bread or put toppings on our sandwiches. Mostly mine. I asked for two different kinds of sauces on my sandwich. He managed to get one on and then the other one was basically out. He got a couple squirts out, didn’t ask if I wanted more, didn’t cut my footlong in half or ask. He also needs to be retrained on how to wrap a sandwich. Once I sat down to eat, most of my toppings had fallen out because he doesn’t know how to properly make a sandwich. I use to work for subway. I don’t understand how any of this was THAT hard. This is so disappointing. I will not be returning.

first of all this subway NEVER has bread or signs for anything. the people that work there are ALWAYS in the back room. they also have zero regard for a single customer or whether or not customers are on break from their jobs and need to go quicker. a waste of time and money. these people are just there for the paycheck and zero work.

The guy working during the lunch rush today went from ringing someone up on the register and handling cash with his gloves on and came back to make my sandwich. I told him to change his gloves and he did.
Then the other guy comes around him to the register as I thought he was going cash me out. Nope, he brought a pretty girl around me to ring her up for a empty cup.
Will not be back.

「Someone Random」

Absolutely terrible. Last night There was only 1 guy working and he mumbled when speaking and made 2 footlong subs in 25 minutes and took him forever to grab 1 bag of chips and a bottle of water! He scratched his HEAD with the gloves on and continued touching our food. He didn’t cook the bacon, gave us rotten veggies, wrong bread, and when corrected nicely he said “not on here it doesn’t” (because I ordered online) And I told him politely that I asked for plain Italian and not herb and cheese. I applied a BOGO discount when I ordered online but it costed $30!!! He was incredibly slow and acted like he didn’t know where he was. At 7:20 there were people lining up to order food, and he told them “we’re closed…. My bad”… NO!! Online it says they close at 8! Even if you did close at 7:30, you got 10 more minutes until closed. This afternoon, I tried calling and it brought me to a FAX machine. Called multiple times to ask for a manager and get everything straightened out. Why the hell is there a kid, who acts like he doesn’t know where he is, ALL ALONE?! Where the hell is a manager? Or even decency!! Never had this terrible of service and hygienic issues in a fast food place before. Very upset about my experience and did not touch our subs. Absolutely disgusted in the food, environment, the SINGLE musty worker, and the lack of professionalism.

I don’t understand how a sandwich shop that is known for sandwiches can be out of bread during peak business times so frequently. This makes absolutely zero sense. This location needs to figure it out if their business wants to make any money.

Peggy was SO RUDE. Rolled her eyes when I asked her to add extra lettuce & extra mayonnaise on my sandwich. Then went to use a coupon & she got snippy & stated they don’t take paper coupons at that location. Then my sub meat was still cold when I had it TOASTED so I brought it up to the counter to ask for it warmed up in the microwave, she got snippy saying they don’t take subs back. When I didn’t even ask for them to take it back, my meat was STILL COLD after I had it toasted. Just crappy customer service. I’ve never been treated so poorly. If Peggy hates her job so much, then maybe she belongs sitting at a desk away from customer service.

On March 23rd at 7:20 I went to this subway to get food for my family. They said they were closed, we looked online and it said they close at 8. We asked them about it and they were rude and stated again that they were closed although they weren’t to close until 40 minutes later. The sign was still on looking like they were open but they were emptying out all the veggies. I get starting to close early like wiping down counters and such but there is no reason to not take orders to get your boss profit so they can pay you. Very disappointed ☹️.

Lady was rude, I asked to make three sandwiches but she only made one. She had an attitude when I asked to make the other sandwich’s but she only gave me one more sandwich. She wasn’t only rude to me but to a different customer. A manger may need to train her how to act.

Came by at about 3:20pm on January 28th. There seemed to be just one person working. There were 4 people ahead of me - a family of 3 and a single individual. I stood in line for 13-15 minutes. The employee (younger, afro) didn't greet anyone. Just asked "Want do you want?". Never showed a single smile. Definitely not a customer service rockstar. Didn't try to upsell, suggestive sell, or ask if there were anything else he could get for me. It's Subway, I don't expect much but I do expect SOME customer service. As a manager of a different establishment, I wouldn't let that fly from my staff - but maybe that's just me.

Made a mess of my sub and drowned it in sauce. Moved in extra slow motion, the entire interaction was like trying to pull teeth. Completely lost my appetite, wasted my money, and regret not just getting sbarro.
