I went in today to grab my lunch and I was being served by this man in a Christmas sweater and he was so rude to me and to the girl taking the order!! He was also talking about drugs and being really racist too! Taco Bell should be ashamed to have him employed and I will not go back to that Taco Bell.

Worker in the drive through was very rude to me, insulting what I had ordered and called me names such as "big back" etc. I overheard one of the other employees that his name was (Connor)? Overall just not friendly at all and I am extremely disappointed because I used to love treating myself to Taco Bell after a long week. I will not be returning anytime soon.

Staff got 2 out of 2 orders wrong. Brought it to their attention and then was given the wrong item YET AGAIN. multiple older people walked out while we were in there because staff wasn't helping them, I know there is kiosks but it shouldn't be the only way to order. Food was half wrapped and falling out all over in the bag. This place is a hot mess

Veggie Bowl was lacking. Service people too busy standing around talking to each other. There are always things to do. No employee should be changing cash registers at busy lunchtime, counting money at front counter while people are standing & waiting 4’ away.
Vegetarian options: Appreciate can change/add options. Guacamole was missing. Packets are not guacamole.

The food at this Taco Bell is always pretty good. The service can be so-so depends on who's working. The big issue I have is the trash cans tend to be full, food on the floor, sticky tables, hot sauces, Forks and napkins always need to be restocked. I know this is not a real big issue but my quesadilla was cut quite funny.
There has been feces in the men's bathroom floor for 3 days in a row. When I arrived the parking lot was filled with trash everywhere. This place is disgusting. I'm calling corporate. Gross

This current newer location seems better in service than other locations. I was pleased and tickled pink that the employee chose the right decision and verified it was me before letting me take the food! (Mine as well as a To- go order!)

Pulled up the window & the girl working the drive thru says “I’m tired of this Baja blast bullshit man, it’s not healthy for people”. I bit my tongue & didn’t say anything to her at all after I heard that, but that’s a whole lotta judgement coming from a girl who chose to work at Taco Bell. Go work somewhere else then if you’re that pressed about handing out Baja blasts to customers. Let people enjoy a Baja blast when they want to, I’m sure no one’s out there judging you for the fast food you want to enjoy, at least not verbally in front of you. My chalupa’s were hard as rock so this was just a shitty experience in general.

Never have I missed separate pickup and pay windows more than I have tonight. Got trapped listening to the ramblings of an "I only look 16 yrs old". No one wants to hear about your Adam's apple growing in you absolute neckbeard.
Also none of my food was actually fully wrapped closed, it was all open.

Great hot fresh food, made how you order it! It's now kiosk ordering inside so almost zero contact with humans except to hand you your food. It might bother some people but I like it, less chance to make a mistake on orders!
