Just very disappointed. I just got off a long day at work and came to get a nice bite to eat but it was not that. I was served the saddest looking food and my drink was filled half way. Keep in mind it was a hot day and I was very thirsty. I was not satisfied with the service and felt very unwanted there. Will never be coming back to this place AGAIN. Do not recommend!!!

While the food is what you'd expect, if you go at night, the crew can be less than desirable. They crack jokes while you try to order and when you ask what's going on they cop an attitude saying "Sir, can you please just order, what's going on in the back has nothing to do with you". Like come on.

Not too impressed pretty much lost my appetite because not only was it dirty the employees were very dirty. Coughing shirt to clean off there nose. It was sad I prefer this place for a quick bite over any fast food restaurants. Now I'm always going to have this in the back of my mind I would recommend to stay away from this facility

I frequent this location, and drive out of my way to come here. Food is always fast and good, and the service is always good too.
From Texas. Familiar with the franchise. I manage my expectations to be sure, but my experience last night here with the night crew 2/11/24 ... was abhorrent. Short dude at the counter literally said Can I Help you? Like um.... my quesadillas had very little cheese, very little sauce and the chicken was dry and hard. Pretty sure at least two employees were high on meth. I don't expect a 5* experience from taco bell.. but I also don't expect to immediately receive attitude just for walking in... do better taco bell.

Walked in wasn't greeted by an older lady counting a drawer. She looked at me about 6 times and nothing. After about 5 minutes of being ignored, a gentleman named Darryl greeted me and told me about the kiosk. So ifinally ordered from a sticky screened kiosk. Gentleman came from the back and looked at me and also didn't acknowledge me. I got my food and was pleasantly surprised. It was perfectly made. The only guy to greet me cane back out and asked me how everything was and I told him it was perfect. Overall it wasn't the greatest experience. But the food and that guy Darryl made it worth the stop. I review a lot of places to eat, and in the fast food arena this place had potential. It was clean, food was made perfect. It was the employees that dropped the ball multiple times. Minus the guy with the beard and mong hair that went out of his way to make sure I was able to order, and that my good was good.Wheelchair accessibility: Yes
