Need to work on cooking the rice better and not use a microwave! Most of the time the rice is uncooked or hard from sitting too long. And the pico always seems to have an off taste... Like it was made on a surface that was saturated with sanitizer on it or something (all Taco John's)

I was in the drive through and ordered the 6 pack and a pound/ two small drinks. Because I didn’t word it as a “bundle” they charged me for the drinks separate even though I said I would like the promotional sign deal that was on the speaker. Haylee in the drive through who rang me up acted confused and didn’t care about me asking her why my order total did not reflect the deal. So I ended up just paying the amount as she already rang me. THEN I got all the way home and realized that they forgot one of my main items on top of it. Spoke to the “manager” who also was very young and clearly did not care. I have low expectations of fast food restaurant workers but the lack of care and customer service skills at this location is scary and a waste of money. Why would you promote a deal and then not ring it up the right way? And why would you want workers who do not care at all about customer service. I was the only one in the drive through and the parking lot was empty so it being busy did not play a part either. I have only left 1 bad review before because I believe in general mistakes but the amount of stupid I encountered when all we wanted to do was pick up some food deserves this review sadly. Highly suggest going to the Sartell location, everyone there is super kind and gets our order right every-time and the quality is better. This location is also huge on the old taste of oil filled potato oles. Hopefully this review can help future customers.

EVERYTIME I go there they forget stuff. I ordered a burrito, a drink, sour cream, and ketchup. Didn’t receive my drink or ketchup. 2/4 really????
Employees are happy, helpful, food is prepared well. Everything is hot and tastes good. Taco John's is my favorite Mexican food place in the Saint Cloud.

Went to the Taco John's in Wait Park mn today to use a coupon I got form them a few weeks ago for free meal they would not honor it because they said it was expired well they gave it to me I don't know what to it was expired about that but I guess they lost a customer cuz I'm not going back that was insane Vicky that was on duty the general manager or the manager is what she said she was very very rude and should not be a manager
