I went out with my family. It was the first time for two of us, including myself. The food was wonderful, however the service lacked... we had to remind her of the buns twice, we had to ask for refills, and we were almost never able to find her. She gave us so much disrespect each time as if we were asking for the impossible. Atleast the food was good...

Been waiting for over an hour and never heard my name
Food was good. Took the family out to eat some steaks. Steak was done as ordered with good flavoring. One order was messed up but decided to just keep it and not send it back. Overall, it was good and will stop in again.

Came at 9:35 and asked if it’s too late and they said no it’s fine. Kitchen closes in 20, we get seated . Waiter in a rush to grab our drink and leave table , we knew what we wanted to order right then . They come back 9:45 asking what we want for apps. I mention what I want and the server goes perfect and leaves swiftly once again even tho we were ready to place our orders . I ordered the Combo App . 2 of the 3 choices was the Bonless and the 3rd option was fried pickles. 55% of the plate was Fried pickles and I only wanted a little bit . They didn’t have bread but we were assured they were making some : they then come out with some fridge temp buns. Laughable how cold they were . And I had to wait till 9:55 before I could reach a worker about this issue . They then come out within 40 seconds with piping hot buns. Never had buns so hot so I can only imagine they got tossed in microwave . I used to be a regular but now I’m not going to come back . Music loud enough to blast your eardrums off
My husband myself and my mother-in-law Were there for dinner this evening and we went there especially to get the $12.99 dinner specials before 530 and and when the server came to our table. She asked us what we would like to drink. And we all ordered water and I ordered decaf coffee. My husband ordered regular coffee with cream and when she brought the coffee out my husband's coffee was ice cold and he had to tell her to please take it back and heat it in the microwave because it was ice cold. We We're not offered any refills on our coffee. I ordered the herb chicken. My husband ordered the herb chicken and both of our chickens were so salty. We can hardly eat them. The dinner rolls that they brought to our table We're tough. It's like we almost broke our jaw trying to eat them. They were so tough and my mother-in-law Ordered the barbecue pork dinner. That was not BBQ pork. It was pulled pork. Which wasn't even pulled, it was like cut and barbecue sauce on the side. It was terrible, also. My French dressing for my salad was so spicy. I don't know if they got a new cook But we were very Disappointed and the cactus blossom that we ordered The breading was different than normal, it was very thick but the bottom of cactus blossom was raw batter. I wanted Cactus blossom brought out ahead of time But it came out after our salads. Please tell the cook to go easy on the salt from now on.

It is a nice restaurant, but it would be nice if there were more than 3 burger choices. They do have pulled pork sandwiches and other good food choices, but they are a bit spendy too.
