Had my husband get 4 bacon burgers and 2 baconader meals for us. All 4 kids burgers was to have nothing but patty bacon an ketchup but they all had mayo pickles tomatoes an lettuce our baconaders 1 was nothing but bacon patties an ketchup but it had mayo an cheese mine was to have everything but it had mayo am bacon so I called the lady hardly spoke English and she was rude and told me to call tomorrow to talk to g.m bcuz she can't help me but she told me she remembers my order an my husband.... she hung up me after I asked her why she's the only store that a manager can't replace a messed up order... the food wasn't worth the 40$ I spent for 6 burgers an 2 fries that were hard as rocks with entirely to much salt

I love Wendy’s food, but this location sucks… the cheese is never melted; I ask for mustard, I get no mustard. I ask for extra something, and I don’t get it. They always mess an order up. This older short lady seems like she hates her job & is so unpleasant. I mean yeah you’re working as a fast food employee, but that’s not good customer service what so ever.

Do not eat here. Placed my order through the app and waited at this place for 30mins. Then was told towards the end that it would just be a few mins for fries......then after a few more mins I was asked to pull forward as we are still waiting on fries. Told the worker I can't as I need to get to my own job at this point. Told her to cancel my order, she never did. I even gave my drink back. I paid for a meal I never got. Thanks.....
Will say staff was friendly, just wish this was handled better. I'll probably never eat at this Wendy's again.

They need to update their hours because we just sat in the drive through for 10 mins and nobody answered when we asked if they were open. Pulled up to see the lights dimmed and the lady with a headset on didn't say anything to even let us know they were closed. This isn't the first time we have had issues with their service at night. Absolute trash.

I didn’t get my food because they were out. Refused to give refund, manager wouldn’t even speak to me. Couldn’t cancel order because they had already completed it in their end. Filing a chargeback
Fries, nuggets, burger were barely warm. The nuggets were flat out cold, but they are Wendy's nugs solid still ate them of course.

Served my wife and I cold fries. I ordered a large with my meal and she had a small. This was around 5:10pm dinner time. The one time you’d think they have warm/hot fries is right when people are about to come for the next meal. Her chicken nuggets were cold/not warm also.
They also made me pull forward away by the exit sign no reason because no one was behind me and no one showed up during my order.
Very disappointed because I can’t finish my fries and I’m still hungry. Thankful the burgers were fine.
We stopped here on our way back from the twin cities because my wife liked their summer salad (which they no longer carry) so she ordered a grilled chicken Caesar salad I had 4 piece chicken nuggets and small chili her chicken was so dried out I thought it was jerky I got sick that night from the chili not sure if I will stop here again I know I should have brought it to their attention but I didn't, so that's on me.
