Workers here are incompetent and slow. If your going to have 2 people working, the 2 tonight are not it... they were running around in the back like they were doing gods work but continued to get orders out at snails speeds with 0 account to sanitation.

Ordered a bunch of food the other night with my friends. I myself ordered the sweet Hawaiian wings and large fries with two ranch. When we got the food home I didn't have my fries or ranch and they gave me habanero wings instead of sweet Hawaiian. Went back the next day to get them to remake it. They remade it for me but it took about 3 minutes for someone to even acknowledge I was at the counter. A worker finally said that someone would be with me shortly and I still had to wait a few more minutes. And even when they remade the food it took about a half hour even tho it wasn't terribly busy in there. I usually never make reviews but this time I had too. Great food and I'll give them credit that they did remake it and they remade it right but it's probably one of the worst customer service experiences I have had in the food industry.

This is my second time coming here, and not my first time experiencing issues. Went here with some friends and ordered for take out and got the Louisiana Rub chicken tenders, which is a dry rub. Chicken came swimming in grease with most of the seasoning washing off, and my fries did not come with the seasoning I ordered. My three other friends experienced the same issue with their order, threw most of our food away (minus the fries) as it was disguising.
On top of it, we received someone’s door dash order mixed in with the rest of ours. We didn’t notice until we got home, hopefully she got her correct order.

a few months ago to be specific in september i didn’t get my full order, and i called them. they told me they would give me a refund, it took MONTHS to receive a call back. they never even gave me a refund.

I first tried it a month ago and the chicken was not cooked fully so I tried again today and it was delivered through GrubHub. The food came cold as ice and the chicken was seasoned to much like they poured a whole bottle of lemon pepper season the meat and the seasoning on the fries, so I just paid $48 and had to throw it all away. I will never order there again. If I could give a 0 it would be.

Food is awesome! We’ve been here two times since it opened and have waited about 20 minutes past when it says it’s ready, which is fine but walked away missing 10 wings from our order. I didn’t call because I didn’t wanna wait another 30 minutes for the wings. I know the staff are trying their best but there’s clearly a management issue here.

DeeDee helped me and my husband...We didn't have a long wait for our food....She was very pleasant and helpful with the menu items...Our food was delicious I would've given 5 stars yet my only critique is they forgot my ranch and with so many hands handling the food gloves really should be worn....Other than that it was a good experience...Thanks again DeeDee...
