The look and feel is a small town dinner. You know the food is going to be good. The ladies were friendly and observent. They had a great vibe and made you feel welcome. Breakfast was awesome. Had a skillet and added on a side pancake. The pancake was the same size as the plate and tasted like birthday cake. Cooked to perfection. Golden, slightly crispy around the edges and fluffy in the middle.
This restaurant seems to have taken over the former Melody's. The address is the same. I ordered an omelet with wheat toast. The toast had more flavor than some of the bland wheat toast I have eaten at other cafes.
My husband and I always come here to have breakfast or lunch. We usually have breakfast after dropping the kids off to school. The food and service has always been great. The restaurant is always clean and inviting. I always have pancakes for breakfast and for lunch I always eat the Rueben Rachael. They haven’t failed me yet. I would recommend this place to family and friends.
